The return policy is absurd Further if you attempt to contact them following the absurdly short return period they won t return your emails I bought two parts and one part came with the other It wasn t clear in the assembly drawing so I ordered both thinking I could return one I was wrong

They sent me the wrong axle for my Volt Incredibly when i let them know of the mistake they said i had accepted the terms and couldnt return it even if I paid to send it back This outfit can send you anything they want completely wrong take your money and refuse to do anything The phone numbers are phoney the email worked once to get a rude responce from them Thieves

Buyer beware If you can wait 2 to 3 weeks for shipping

This company is horrible about shipping I ordered a part they had in stock September the 14th and did not receive it till September 28th No notifications were given of the delay I contacted them numerous times with only prefabbed responses Would not recommend They are actually Charles Clark Chevrolet company out of McAllen Texas 78501 Their phone number is 1-800-934-8234 You cannot find the phone number anywhere online to contact them Buyer beware

GM auto parts took my order charged my card then next day said it had been voided when it had notContacted Victor G customer service he claimed it was never charged despite me showing evidence it had claim i need to take it up with my back had t file a claim with my bank as they refused to issue a refund

Bought a part They Charged my credit card Canceled 3 days later Said part discontinued They should check availability before taking payment or advertising the part to begin with Waste of my time
