Updated review- I had to purchase a sturdier chain from the jeweler and pay for the new chain to be set for my penda

I purchased a small silver pendant with that I had engraved The pendant is very pretty but very petite but the chain is extremely small and very thin I can t replace the chain myself because the pendant opening is so small that I can t even remove the original chain I will have to take it to the jeweler and purchase a thin but durable chain and pay for their modifications as I am afraid to wear the necklace as is

Soes anyone reply from this company it s very hard to get a straight answer I have tried evri and gnoce but cant get an answer I have emailed both and still nothing just want to no when my order will turn up they were quick taking the money

5 star customer service support

I made big mistake when ordering my bracelet but after speaking with Mandy she sorted things out for me excellent customer service and support My reason for only 3 stars is I find the clasp on the bracelet incredibly hard to do up and I can t wear it with out help even using both hands 4 fingers I still struggle to clip it shut

Source of Jewellery Should be Disclosed

Ordered charms on the 28th November and received them around the 20th December This was partly due to the postal strike Another reason is that Gnoce give the impression that parcels are dispatched from within the UK This isn t correct and I suspect the charms and bracelet were actually dispatched from China Being more open with customers will improve Gnoce reputation

Slow delivery but products are A

Order placed 29 9 23 still not dispatched Was told on 9 October would be dispatched in four days and still nothing Will update once dispatched but so far not impressed at all EDIT I received the order today 19 October and although it has taken so much longer than anticipated to arrive I have to say the products are worth it The free bracelet with charms was great I got a Jack and Sally heart and sallys head from nightmare before Christmas which is my favourite The earrings are beautiful and the necklace too I am pleased but I hope if I order in future the items don t take as long to come They did refund some of the money paid for the inconvenience which is good of them too

I can t give a good or bad review at this point I used them in the past and loved it Now I put an order in and 12 4 and now I can t even get an update on it It hasn t shipped it s still processing It is fine if more time was needed but I can t even get a human I ve sent emails made calls and put in tickets and get nothing back not even a human on the phone I feel like I m not even going to get my stuff before Christmas like was said on website

False advertisement

The advertisement said buy two bracelets and get two free well mine only came with one not two To be honest I was was happy with the two I bought but the free bracelet looks horrible doesn t look much cop to me I don t think it s silver I was going to buy the charms but I don t think I ll buy from gnoce I don t know what I ll end up with I ll stick to pandora well at least I know what I m getting

A tad disappointed

Ordered 3 Pendants for Christmas intended for 3 different people Quality is great but they put all 3 Pendants in 1 box When checking out it said 1 per item Now I have to source another 2 box s Iv emailed asking for the other 2 box s to be sent to me I m abit disappointed that they didn t supply me with my full order Edit I ordered 3 Pendants 2 SEPARATE ORDERS SO AT THE VERY LEAST SHOULD OF GOT 2 BOXES Order numbers UK300601852-UK300601085 So if its ONE per order I should of got a minimum of 2

No communication after purchase

No communication after purchase Hi i have had no confirmation of order and have no idea when this is coming I ordered a personalized charm on 11th Dec and would really like it by Weds this week thinking that i had given myself plenty of time to get this delivered I have no order number or anything to even contact someone about this Only a bank transaction

After I spent 200 with them bracelet

After I spent 200 with them bracelet broke and some charms where lost I argued with them over the faulty bracket after 6 weeks it was replaced but it was like pulling teeth with this company
