Postal strikes delayed the delivery but good communication from Gnoce and the items arrived before Christmas Lovely products and extra free gifts were welcome additions Great all round experience

I ordered a bracelet in the wrong size i explained this and was told to pay an extra shipping fee to get a replacement sent and allowed me to keep the original bracelet in the wrong size to speed the process along I explained this bracelet was for my wedding day and did that for me which was really great of them I have had a little trouble in terms of emails but if i found facebook was the best mode to get an answer Thank you gnoce for your help with this I received my bracelet and added the charms and its stunning Thumbs up to gnoce

I really would have liked to give a 5 star review The charms are beautiful and my deliveries waiting times were sufficient The only thing that stopped this being a 5star review was the quality and sizing of the free gifts They aren t free gifts if they are of no use I did report this and got a reply saying they will pick this up with the team for future reference

These are gorgeous pieces and when I had a mishap with a piece it was replaced Very good customer service and also very responsive in timely manner

The bracelet now comes with a safety chain attached That can t be removed So is useless as a safety chain as i have to move it out of the way so i can thread my beads onto it Very disappointed It was better when they sent the bracelet without the safety chain because at least then you have the option to purchase one that you can put on and take off so that the chain can actually do its job if the bracelet opened

Great Customer serviceI bought a bracelet with a few other charms and one of the charms came with an attachment which came off upon receiving it and I thought you could just put it back together I contacted the company and immediately received an email back willing to help and replace the item and even gave me options I didn t even have to wait a whole day or weeks to get an email back My problem was situated just as fast as I had reached out to them Thank you Gnoce

I ordered from here about 3 weeks ago I put my charms on my bracelet and upon wearing this the other day I noticed one of the gems is missing from the charm I contacted customer service and this was the resolutions I was provided 1 You only need to pay the freight USD 10 and we will resend you a new charm 2 you can choose another kind of item on our website and you only need to pay 50 for it 3 After you place a new order in future please kindly let us know the order number then we will add this charm to your new purchase I am within the 60 day return time frame along with the 365 protection policy However they will not provide me a refund or replacement without having to pay something myself Unfortunately I am now being ignored by customer service so will be taking this further with the bank Problem was solved and I was offered a replacement without me having to pay after my review had been submitted

Gnoce offers a wide variety of personalized charms which I LOVE I have used them so many times to order special gifts The only issue I have run into more times than I d like is delivery issues Other than that I recommend Gnoce often

First time Gnoce purchaser having several Pandora bracelets I liked the options Gnoce offered and thought I would give them a try I purchased 11 items and was gifted 2 complimentary items of which the bracelet was very small but it was a generous gift The charms are lighter than Pandora but appear very well made Unfortunately none of the charms I purchased fit the bracelet I purchased with them despite the description saying it would One of the charms also had enamel missing BUT when I contacted the support team they were extremely helpful and very accommodating I felt valued and am grateful for the solution we came to I love the different choices of charms available through Gnoce
