I placed an order as I thought the company was in britain and I would receive before Christmas I have sent 2 emails to the company to cancel first 1 ten minutes after order was placed I want to cancel the order but no reply from them They have replied to this and lied they did not inform me anything I checked my spam and after 24 hours there was still nothing I wish to cancel this order as is my right and they are telling me I cant

ordered more than 2 weeks ago no sign of it being sent definitely will not come before christmas if its located within another country

Terrible company and quality Bracelet broke after two days I contacted them who said we can send you another and charge me 10 or get 30 off next order I pointed out two charms were lost as the bracelet broke Disgusting company don t buy from them

No communication or anything I have no idea what is going on with an order I placed over a week ago Looks like yet another dodgy company shame

I order a necklace on the first week of December At that point I knew my order then had at least 15 working days to get here The order bought was a very sentimental Granddaughter to Grandmother Christmas present My daughter now will be unable to giver her grandmother this gift on Christmas due to the fact Gnoce have been unable to dispatch the item in time which I find very unprofessional When contacted they offered a measly 15 compensation which I think is shocking consider the circumstances They are very quick to advertise all these new products and take money from you but can t deliver within their guided time or let alone even close to their guide time I know they are going to respond to this with a comment regarding increase number of sales Well my answer to that is one plan ahead knowing that this is going to be the case like other companies and two if your orders are already overwhelming hold off on the daily advertising emails you send each day I recommend no one to purchase unless you are buying at least 6 months in advance

Terrible Bought 4 charms for Four different people gifts It offered the option of buy additional boxes for 1 each so I added Three to the order Obe box arrived One box and 4 charms I was told I could have the boxes if I pay 8 shipping but would not recieve before xmas Not even the offer of free shipping and express delivery as a sorry Avoid

I placed an order 3 weeks ago Was told it would be here before Christmas and it is still sitting in processing so it clearly will not be here in time Tried to call them and they only have an American number and no one answered I have emailed twice and no response messaged them on Instagram and again no response Happy to take hundreds of pounds from us but not got the customer service skills to respond to please Absolutely disgusting

SCAM company Do not order from gnoce co ukThis company is a phishing scam and have ruined my Christmas with my sick mother Ordered over 200 items for her and not received Customer service is appalling and they refuse to issue refunds Shall be reporting the company to PayPal I now can t afford to buy my sick mother brain tumour another Christmas present I am furious with this scam company

Ordered for the first time on 29th November unaware they were shipped from China Ordered a personalised charms and some sentimental ones However messaged after a week and they said due to being personalised it takes longer to dispatch My order has not updated tracking and been in London nowhere near me since the 9th December Emailed several times and asked for a refund which was rejected although I was allowed to order charms up to the value of 100 GBP Which I did however not the original order I wanted my new order was made 22nd December and is somehow in the country and being delivered today So disappointed with the service However customer service are efficient and reply very quickly I won t be ordering of this company again this is even before I ve seen the quality of the charms So after delivery of second package I receive a reply on here and they can t even address me with the correct name John and I receive an email telling me I wasn t forced to accept the offer I would just have preferred my original package to have arrived yet it s been lost or was it even posted out
