Small but absolutely adorable

Amazing customer service and really adorable products I am Halloween girly and got me some ghosts and cute Halloween charms and while I wished they were bigger and more visible what they are hence the missing star I am really happy with my purchase On top of that Melanie from customer service is an absolute gem and I am more than grateful that she has been able to help me with my order

BE AWARE OF RETURNS This was my order number UK300588501I put a bad review because I was charged the return price and I had to paid the one they pay to ship the item and I didn t know I would have to do that but they are actually legit and they do answer the emails and try to find solutions which they just did so I have changed my mind about the experience and I ll keep the return policies in mind for next time I order

After leaving a poor review I can confirm the order did arrive Despite me not receiving an email to confirm this It did show up The item I bought seems OK only time will tell But I think its only fair to replace my initial review with an up to date one The free bracelet I won t use as it s not silver but it doesn t claim to be silver so that s OK Just not for me The necklace is pretty as is the free necklace I received My apologies to the company for saying not to buy from them Orders just take time to show up I don t have a problem with standing corrected

Great value for money

Great value for money But I bought four Christmas presents and they all came in one pouch and box So very annoying that I can t present the presents in nice gnome packaging for the all

There was a slight delay receiving the order however the customer service team and gnoce themselves were brilliant once contacted they went above and beyond to resolve the issue Extremely happy

Beautiful charms and bracelets at reasonable cost and good deals Only negative is that I purchased several bracelets and charms in one order for Christmas gifts and they all came in the same gift box which was disappointing when giving as a gift Ok if all for one person - packaging beautiful though

Good product and great delivery time

I ordered some charms in December and received it within 2 weeks of ordering hassle free with the shipping I just love the charms I go and the quality is really good I will most definitely order again

Good service and jewellery

Placed an order and when it arrived a week later there was a charm missing from my order I emailed customer service who replied within 24 hours and agreed to send me another charm The charms themselves are very nice I am very happy that they are good quality and appear as on website I received a free bracelet with my order as well which is also nice I will definitely order again from this company

Memory charms bracelet

My bracelet and charms arrived today They were a present and I was absolutely thrilled with the quality and weight of the items Only downside was the delay in delivery however they were ordered very close to Christmas so this wasn t really the company s fault
