I ordered a bracelet and charms and they are just lovely We re delivered on time and although one of the chairs arrived damaged after speaking via email a replacement was ordered I can t speak highly enough of the service I received I will definitely be ordering again

I was away when the jewelry I had

I was away when the jewelry I had ordered was delivered and couldnt find it when I returned I wrote to the company who immediately replied very helpfully giving me various contacts but also they were able to confirm that it HAD been delivered while I was away I found it in my garden shed They were brilliant - replied so quickly and positively The jewelry is pretty too

Always great quality jewellery got a couple of charms with photos printed on them and the photos were just as good as a photo print for the wall 5 all the way

I ordered some personalised charms and they turned out amazing One of my other charms had a missing gem in it but after talking to a nice customer service person they are sending me a replacement one Absolutely love my order and it only took 8 days to get to New Zealand I have told my whole family about this company
