We are new to using GoCardless and did not understand fully how it worked Our question was answered very promptly and thoroughly It s refreshing to deal with a company in the finance industry that responds so efficiently

A good way to collect payments

As a local society we collect subscription payments and payments for events using the GoCardless direct debit system which works very smoothly and is cost effective We also sometimes use the instant bank payment system though this requires users to log into their online banking so has a significant failure rate due to lost passwords etc We make extensive use of the API which has allowed seamless integration with our website It works well though it does require good programming skills to use successfully They have recently introduced a useful refund facility With the complexity of the API in particular we have several times required support and GoCardless have been very helpful on these occasions

Would definetely recommend GoCardless

Been with Gocardless years and taken a total of nearly 7000 payments with out any issues what so ever would highly reckomend this for business owners customer services is very easy to get in touch with and very pleasant If i have had any minor query this has been dealt with straight away

Have been with GoCardless since they started operating in Ireland in 2015 They provide a first class service and are quick to respond if there are problems there almost never are Can t recommend them too highly

Integrates well with Xero

I setup Gocardless via Xero and it s worked flawlessly from day one Quite a few customers are using it already The amount taken from each transaction is reasonable and it integrates into Xero very well

Re-set system

I had a problem with my GoCardless account login not the fault of GoCardless my phone was at fault GoCardless resolved my problem and re-set my 2 tier authentication in super fast time
