My partner and I recently spent two weeks in India taking 5 internal flights whilst there Jaipur-Kolkata Kolkata-Shillong Shillong-Hyderabad and Hyderabad-Mumbai Every single member of IndiGo staff with whom we came into contact was professional and helpful The aircraft were comfortable and the journeys went without a hitch I was most impressed with the level of customer service when I stupidly left my Kindle on the plane to Shillong I contacted IndiGo and when I returned to Shillong airport the Kindle was brought to me at the gate They had not only found it but had cross-referenced my flight bookings to find out when I would be back at the airport and once I had checked in they then brought it to me To say I was impressed was an understatement If I were to return to India I would definitely recommend flying IndiGo - the flights are good value well-staffed and professionally run

Fantastic customer care Very good experience I was travelling from Delhi to Hyderabad on 3rd week of December 2020 Due to sickness wasn t feeling well but there was one flight attendant who helped me a lot to get better during journey I think her name is Agustina Ekka She was very polite and humble girl she gave me medicine and asked me many time if i need any thing smooth take off and landing Highly recomended

Today I have flight from HYD to CCU at 0305 hours Arrived in airport at 2230 hours Check in counter didn t open It wasn t expected to open I went to another check in counter I asked Miss Akanksha whether she can help us to deposit our bags I Knew it was unjust to request her Surprisingly she received our bags with smiling face and assured not to worry about bags It will go to correct destination I shall never forget her helping attitude This type of staff is asset for any organization Thanks Miss Akanksha Thanks INDIGO

I was travelling with my 84 year old mother from Kannur to Bengaluru on 24th March 2023 Starting from Mr Sanoop at the check in counter at Kannur the Indigo staff were so refreshingly so amazingly good My mother needed wheel chair assistance which was given at all points with great care The cabin crew were very nice courteous and kind My mother enjoyed the experience immensely Thank you Indigo particularly Sanoop at the Kannur airport Adv Subramanyian Chandrasekharan Vatakara

We had to go from hyderabad to kolhapur by flight We are both senior citizens When we came to the check in counter Ms Vijaya was at the counter She was extremely courteous polite gentle despite heavy rush and tensions She guided us about the buggy services and also obliged us and allowed our cabin luggage to also be checked in as we have a lot of walking to do at airport We are grateful and thankful for the wonderful service we have received May God Bless her

My mother aged 77 years and my sister aged 54years flew from Delhi to Guwahati by INDIGO flight no 6E2095 yesterday evening and they had a superb flight with the cabin crew members being so polite humble and very efficient thanks for taking care of my mother and my sister keep up the good work fly high INDIGO I will always prefer INDIGO anytime and anywhere

My wife did have some pain on her leg after going through surgery We could not book for wheel chair in time and had to request only at the counter on our journey Delhi T3 18 20 hrs to Ranchi We could get great help from the gentleman Mr Khorram and the Lady Supervisor I am sorry I am unable to recollect her name It was by their sincere help that my wife could get wheel chair assistance
