After flight cancellation by their end

After flight cancellation by their end they still havent said anything about the refund I booked it through easemytrip and received an email today The flight was today from Allahabad to Pune the ticket booked has the PNR - LW88RY This is ridiculous they are cheating the passengers I also bought an additional service for seat that money is also gone

Support staff on 91 124 4973838 for new booking existing booking all hopeless When they find the issue difficult or don t know what to do they disconnect the phone or ask to wait and then phone goes dead Does management do any random testing on the call support staff Appalling service

Very bad experience during an international flight

Very bad experience at the airport After making us wait for almost 12 hours they cancelled my flight and did not even bother to provide a replacement flight It is a shame that top airlines such as Turkish Airlines and Qatar Airways have code-sharing flights with this airline For any international traveller I will definitely not recommend these two airlines if you plan on travelling to India from Europe or vice versa There was no communication between the Ground Staff and Indigo employees at IGI airport To add to my qualms they even refused to provide me with a refund for the cancelled flight that they cancelled at the last moment I hope after reading this people don t choose to fly with this airline

Absolutely shocking airline

Absolutely shocking airline was not able to fly after arriving at the airport and being told i needed a Visa to fly Was not able to move the flight as their systems were down and was assured that if i called back the next morning they would help me they answered the first call and as soon as they knew my number let the 26calls after that point ring out and were even cancelling my calls Went back to the airport and no one was available to speak and they have now emailed me to tell me that i will lose both flights i have paid for

Never received compensation

We were due to fly from IST to MUM however 3 hours before our flight they decided to cancel our flight and offer us either a flight in 2 days time Pointless or a refund and 600 euro compensation each we went with the compensation and found another flight but needed to pay extra for that plus an additional night in IST 3 months later I am still trying to get the 1800 euro compensation we were promised but every time I email i am advised its another 10-15 working days COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY

Uncomfortable

Woman at check in told me I had extra legroom to Doha and from Doha to Manchester 3 times I asked her if this was correct and she said yes I had neither managed to get extra legroom when I got to Doha the seats on board are like sitting on a bench and the food is lousy the cabin staff do a great job under the circumstances

Indigo used to be known for on-time

Indigo used to be known for on-time departures and arrivals But they have degraded significantly in terms of maintaining on time arrivals and departures This is not an one off case I talking about I have taken several of their flights in the last year every month I travel atleast twice in the Hyderabad-Mumbai-Bangalore sector On an average I see 2 to 3 hours delay everytime Also they inform us so late - that we are already at the airport by then and cant do anything except wait

Thieves and liars

Thieves and liars using their policies to swindle I booked a premium flight on a trip to Mumbai Kannur - Kannur Mumbai and paid for a direct flight 2 months in advance This was a higher price flight than a stopover flight which I wanted to avoid 10 days before they cancelled the flight and gave me a stopover flight through Hyperbad but refused to return the difference I would have paid between the cheaper flight and the premium non-stop flight I paid for They offered to cancel and refund the flight cost forcing me to buy a more expensive direct flight now only a few days before my flight and 4000 rupees more or to take a direct flight a day earlier which interrupted my travel plans I spoke to 3 people 2 which hung up on me or put me on a neverending hold I would never again fly with this company If they do this to all their direct flight passengers they are making a tidy profit by putting their clients between a rock and a hard place Disgusting

Bad experience of Indigo

I have travelled from Rome to Kochin and took Indigo from Kochin to Kannur As I came by International I had 2 piece luggage of 23kg each When I took ticket from Rome I already paid for this additional luggage as the domestic allows only 15kg 7kg of 30kg When I came for check-in in Kochin they were not allowing me to check- in and told me to pay thousand rupees for the luggage which I have already paid A young girl who was doing check-in even there were not busy she was not even ready to hear what we are telling I tried to speak with the agency from where I took ticket and I passed to the girl she put down the phone without hearing Only the option was there to pay Finally I paid 1000 00 rupees for my luggage which I have already paid when I booked the ticket I neither travel again with Indigo nor raccoment others
