poor and irresponsible baggage handling
i dont think anyfeed back of comment would make them improve their service to the passengers mishandling of baggage loss and damage items packed in is a regular joke for indigo they grab the money for extra luggage and constantly failing to load the luggageand come with lame excuses and when being enquired the staff wont help or answer properly on first of april 24 travelled from kannur to bangalore purchasing aditional weight and baggage security but when reaching bangalore my baggage was not loaded into the carrier from kannur there were another international passenger like me who had to travel internationally from bangalore they lost four baggagewe had to carry on our journey without our baggageon reaching uk i made a phone callto the customer care at indigo headquarters their response was very irresopnsible and terrible such incompetent staff is shame aviation industrynot recommend for international passengers as a connection flight

They lost my luggage so stupidly I lost all my gift from my trip in India I will not be reimburse they should be ashamed I would have prefer to that endure that I am so sad this is my worst decision ever that to use their service

My experience with Indigo was the worst I ve ever had Their treatment was inhumane My wife and I traveled to India from Ban for an IVF procedure Despite arriving 45 minutes before our flight they refused to let us board We pleaded with them explaining the urgency of our situation it was a matter of life and death for us We had already invested four months in the IVF process and missing this specific day was not an option Despite having ample time before departure the staff s behavior was shockingly arrogant We were left devastated by their callousness

Very worst experience with indigo their information is misleading on boarding pass which was sent on WhatsApp it shows boarding time and departure time I thought they where boarding and arrival time very stupid I digo and their sent and msg saying your boarding will start and will be departured in 45mins but no time was show in the message very worst experience

Schocking flight of departure was confusing the email stated i could check in 24hrs before flight this was not possible and it stated 23 feb O0 45 it should have stated 22feb 23 30 i had to be in Ireland on the following monday in Oncology i had to buy a new ticket for 1200 euro have sent numerous emails to absolutely no avail I m convinced no one reads them properly or cares Do not fly with them

Indigo deliberately delayed baggage delayed after 2 days and the baggage and some items in the bag were damaged and no they are not taking any responsibility for damaged baggage and asked to contact the vendor but they never provided the vendor details to me

The worst airlines
food on flight was really uneatable No entertainment on flight from Istanbul to Delhi - simply doesn t work Through more than 4 hours delay nobody explained why flight is delayed nobody offered drinks or food nobody cares about you After request for compensation they told that they can t do nothing just sorry for inconvenience Disgusting experience Wouldn t recommend to anyone

Don t travel with IndiGo
Flights was delayed straight away missing all my connections left me in Istanbul Airport for 10hrs ignored me Sent me from desk to desk in all these 10hrs didn t even offer a glass a meal ticket till they try so sort something out nothingAbsolutely disgusting company I don t see how they are allowed to operate Trying to get a hold of anyone to talk about a refund no chanceI have a legal team on the case now hopefully they can help Stay well clear of anything with the name IndiGo attached

Terrible company
Booked a flight from Mumbai to Birmingham - they took the money from my bank account but didn t send me any booking confirmation After spending 4 hours on hold on the phone they finally refunded me When I went to book the flight it had gone up by more than 150 Maybe a blessing in disguise after all
