Pls be aware this is pure SCAM I rented a car and had a small incident scratching others car mirror So both my and the other car mirrors got the same damage For the rental car I was charged 100sgd while for the other car I ve for an invoice for 4 9k sgd Exactly the same damage There were no official invoice or document just a poor quality screenshot with the amount on it PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL AS ITS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY on top of it all the communication was very poorly managed with huge delays and unacceptable solutions proposed For example instead of returning me balance of the deposit they proposed to wait for 6 months without specific details when they plan to return it Also for the upfront payment by credit card they wanted to charge 2 times additional 3 saying that it s a banking fee Only after confronting them you can get some positive resolution Strongly don t recommend Finally I ve got the following message We do not need to send you any summary of the claim If you need further action please get your legal to follow up on the case
