We have three gaming chairs and a steering wheel stand all bought indivually over a period of timeof almost two years The products are great and good value as well however this is not why I am writing this review The customer service I received on and after my purchases has been superb with a special mention about Connor Emails answered all hours with nothing but positive responses Absolutely top drawer service Would I buy again No question definitely yes

I only ordered a chair link so not much can go wrong with that but it was delivered quickly and they also sent a follow up email asking if there was anything else I needed they got back promptly to my reply so no complaints

Ordered some sim racing kit for my son for Christmas expecting this will take time to arrive However looks like already on the way less than 24 hours later and company even sent a thank you mail nice touch Obviously will have to wait and see how it goes but very happy with the ordering process

The chair was easy to pick as the website was easy to navigate Ordering was simple on delivery packing was 10 I don t think I ve ever seen an item delivered in such excellent packaging honestly Slight confusion on assembly that s just my opinion Build quality is excellent my son is enjoying playing his Xbox with his GT Wheel Stand and his GT Chair Highly Recommend

Honestly had a really good experience ordering from GTomega I live stream a lot so I decided I d go for the triple screens and rig etc Really impressed with the longetivity solid build nothings ever gotten loose I would like to upgrade to a higher end cockpit but I can t afford it at the moment This review is a few months late but yeah everything been fine since 22 it s been nearly a year I haven t even had to bother redoing anything
