Fast delivery of phone all details exactly as shown on the site but at a 20 lower cost than offered by any UK based company The charger was a 2 pin EU design but that was shown on the site so no surprise there and I had a charger from a previous Motorola phone that works fine with it Brilliant service and highly recommended

Bought product at a good price BUT they took payment and then sent email to say when its arriving - they NEVER had stock - worse still they don t refund unless you go into website and cancel the order for a product they didn t even have Something very dodgy about this - give customers their money back for products you don t have

Dissapointed red flag they broke their promise for next day delivery and now showing no urgency to resolve Purchased two high value items phones based on promise for next day delivery The next day there was no delivery and no progress through UPS tracking parcel was still not provided to UPS Called Gomibo customer service speaking to INA in Grongen Netherlands who said she will get back to me in 1-2 days with progress update I calmly described I had purchased based on promise for next day delivery this is clearly not happening I ve now called your call centre and the best you can offer is to come back to me in 1-2 days not satisfactory They will not allow me to cancel order and now I have paid but no product and no indication of when it will be received Red Flag - I don t trust them I have provided my order number with this review Updated two days later After chasing them again by calling I got through to someone who did listen to my concern they came back to me with an update and the delivery completed i e I received the product albeit a day later than website promised plus with plenty of frustration at the way their communication was handled in the first instance In fairness they offered to reimburse the cost of a screen cover Euro 10 for inconvenience
