I started out having a download repeat issue now I m having a response issue this site is not responding to me

Terrible service

Terrible service nothing works with Gotytv I have had numerous concerns have sent emails no response yet

Charges my card but won t give me redeem code

At first site worked great but now it keeps automatically charging my card monthly then the redeem code doesn t work can t get anyone to respond on the chat icon and now all of a sudden my password doesn t work but yet it won t send the link to renew my password

Looks like they changed the website from goty tv to gotytv com Would have been nice if they had informed everyone before they did it This site just gets worse as time passes They promised to be an improvement over GrabTheBeast but they are actually worse Update The updating of the listed TV shows has now slowed to a crawl Free sites have the content 3-4 days and sometimes even weeks before GotyTV which I have to pay for access I do not intend to renew My advice - Don t waste your money

Terrible scam site

Terrible scam site I signed up and paid for a Premium Account Everything worked fine for 1 month The day before my Premium Account was due to expire money was taken from my bank account but my Premium Account was closed I ve tried contacting Gotytv to have my Premium Account renewed but no response at all Chat doesn t work emails go unanswered and when you click on Help YOU NEED TO BUY A PREMIUM ACCOUNT TO GET ANY HELP How do I get the Premium Account I paid for nearly 3 weeks ago

The site has been working amazing but now it keeps saying error an we paid our monthly fee for this entire month of October an we cannot access the site Is the site down or is there another site

I have tried contacting Goty support the chat room and the contact info at the bottom of the main page No one is responding My issue is that numerous episodes have no link for downloading or a variation of the same I am more annoyed that no one is bothering to answer me Goty support used to be fairly prompt in responding but this has stopped

I have a premium account which allows me to open tickets for complaints on the site but so far going back over months now not one ticket has been responded to they don t have a telegram channel a sub-reddit nothing and still they won t attend to complaints of wrong episodes missing episodes or others Its so stupid it s like the premium isn t worth it Customer care is zero
