The feel good supplement didn t live up to its name Terrible stomach pain and bloating

Very disappointing

Very disappointing I ordered two products They arrived week later with no labels on at all on how to use it or what s in which bag Contacted customer service twice and month later still no reply

Non delivery

I ordered on the 4th January and immediate payment was taken After a week and each subsequent week of waiting I emailed the company to enquire where my order was and each time I was told that it would be with me by the end of the week This didn t happen so I cancelled my order on the 27th January - over three weeks since my original order If products are out of stock or there is a problem with delivery then customers should be informed at the point of sale or at least updated whilst they are waiting Unfortunately you leave the customer wondering whether you are a scam company due to lack of communication AND non delivery Very poor on both counts Will not be ordering or recommending

Need to put their money into customer

Need to put their money into customer service and fulfilling orders rather than social media Email and chat queries for missing order placed over 5 weeks ago not responded too Awful company

Again another bad customer service

Again another bad customer service I ordered a supplement end of December and yet I receive my order I have emailed them no answer no acknowledgement Still I see their advertisement in the social media with an attractive lady promoting their supplement Please stay away from this company they are scam

Still no purchases received

12 days after making an order I still haven t received any delivery tracking information and the chat function only way to contact this company never reply Needless to say the money was taken from my account on the day of ordering and then no contact after that Is this even a real company or a scam What a shame

Weird tricky and suspicious

Attempted to order product from web site The sales process is strange and counterintuitive Website tries very much to make you sign up for so called subscription which gives you 35 discount However there is small print you can cancel subscriptions after min 3 supplies - must be in writing Now interesting bit the subscription is cancelled ONLY after supplier confirms that in writing also Now we know that whoever signs for it goes for life of attempts to cancel it Very very lazy web site You will see brilliant shinny pictures and colourful boxes - what I got was simple brown box with a note we run out of coloured boxes - sorry for inconvenience - poor quality black white hardly readable copy of flattened original box included instead Dodgy company that does not look right at all

Order not received no communication

Placed an order on 03 01 23 received confirmation email but still haven t received products or even a notification of dispatch Have tried to get in touch several times with no response Money was taken out of account immediately Really hope this isn t a scam
