poor info and poor communication - missing items

Firstly they have a good stock of items and the items that did arrive I was pleased with so much so I had wanted to buy a lot more Despite this though the problems are quite severe When booking was confirmed I received no order email and also no dispatch email I emailed to ask for copies of these assuming perhaps that I had made an error with email but after asking in each email contact for them multiple times I still do not have copies and no order list came in the box either In checking stock that came and calculating prices the order is short about 27 and change of items It is unclear how I can clarify this as I still have no order dispatch despite sending email about this discrepancy in the order days ago shop eventually refunded missing money and sent email list-------------------------------------made second booking they do have good stock this was an error 2 items are broken and one item has been sent instead of another Still no emails at all Give this shop a miss if shopping online
