DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They have products listed as cases and they are not quantity cases We purchased a case of drinks After we purchased we realized it was only 6 drinks I immediately went to the site to cancel No option It was late but I called the business no answer left voicemail to cancel order immediately Sent email to the only email received orders no reply Called again several times the next day no answer left voicemail to cancel order Also went through PayPal to cancel because they already processed the order you can t do anything until they accept payment The next thing we received was a shipping email it went to spam so I didn t see it until later Product is now shipping Then we received a reply to our message in PayPal after it was shipped They can t cancel the order because it already shipped We can refuse shipment and then they will get us the right product But of course no mention of a refund So we are stuck with 12 drinks because I ordered 2 cases for almost 75 Do not order from them expecting customer service They will ship it so they don t have to refund you I m still going to report them to PayPal but it probably won t do any good
