I did NOT get what I ordered I was charger much more than what my invoice in the package says I tried to reload my order from my email and groceryeshop is UNABLE to load at this time or ANY times I try never ever again Amazon com should drop these people like a brick

Site showed item puffed wheat cereal as 12 x 6 oz Received one 6 oz bag not 12 One 6 oz bag of cereal for almost 15 Have been exchanging emails for 3 weeks now about getting most of my money back So far only promises I expect I ll have to file a chargeback with my credit card company a first for me

Partial Order Received Won t refund 50 owed
Ordered an 8-pack of Potato Chips for 31 including tax Received 3 of 8 Requested a partial refund immediately Groceryeshop stated they would investigate the matter and get back to me They offered 2 viable options Receive a partial refund which I asked for 10 days previously or they will replicate a copy of the order whaterver that means I chose partial refund Their offer was to give me 9 back stating that they have to pay 20 commission to sell on the site They wanted me to pay for their mistake Therefore I paid 7 50 a bag of chips I told them this unacceptable they don t care They do this on nearly every order read the other reviews and get rich by ripping off their customers Customer service is deplorable too Working with credit card company to recover what I could not recover Slim chance I will get my money back

ordered 40 oz jar of pickled bologna the jar was jammed into a box with thin bubble wrap it leaked out all over the box it took several days for shipping which would lead to some very serious bacteria and such total losers in communication tried to blame the shippers

Advertised 1 price and charged me another They keep saying someone will get back to me in 48 hours because they have to send a request to a different department or person Now the item is listed as over 1000 on the website and listed as out of stock It s tea mix They are scammers

worst customer service ever
Placed my order and paid with Amazon pay heard nothing After 2 weeks I emailed their customer service they said they shipped it the same day and that it should be here any time After 3 weeks I emailed customer service and ask them for tracking information They said there system was set up for tracking info and again they said just wait it will come After 4 week and no merchandise I emailed them twice and they will not respond I canceled the credit card purchase and urge everybody to do business elsewhere

One instead of twelve not a good deal
I ordered a pack of 12 boxes of lemon pudding mix and received one for over 10 00 After multiple emails and a phone call finally got a poorly worded response saying they will issue a partial refund I answered that I would rather have the other 11 boxes but was told they don t have it in stock Yet it is still advertised Questioning outright fraud or just bad management but we ll see if a refund materializes These foreign sites posing as US companies are creating a bad reputation for ALL online companies Meanwhile I have a ten-dollar little box of pudding mix to remind me
