Ordered 8 days ago with a delivery window of 5 to 7 days It s not arrivedThe delivery tracking hasn t changed since day 1Clearly communicated with AI at Groomie Club so totally unhelpful I ll be away when it s delivered so delivery will fail If I do eventually receive it I anticipate I ll return immediately

Groomie Club has no phone contact available It is impossible to cancel your subscription I have sent numerous emails and tried multiple times to cancel and they continue to charge me I have NEVER been more disappointed in a company They lock you in forever They know exactly what they are doing by making it impossible to cancel This has been going on since January 2024

Groomie pro shaver is a waste of money

The groomie pro shaver is an extremely low quality product to say the least Shaves off little to no hair regardless to how many passes you apply Also their generic Ai email responses are little to no assistance at all Terrible purchase and customer service experience with company I would never recommend anyone I know personally to purchase their products

SCAM DOMOT BUY I just made a complaint to BBB Ordered on June 6th and paid for expedited shipping Today is July 10th and I still have not received the Shaver Customer service says I cannot get a refund because the Shaver has shipped Groomie club has Terrible customer service This issue could have been resolved by shipping out another Shaver Instead they reply that they are investigating the issue Just look at your own tracking and see it never arrived They can see by their own tracking it was never received

I have been dealing with horrible customer service with these folks Since last Christmas I have received monthly refills over 1 2 of them fell apart right out of the package They keep promising to replace the blades but they never come Had me send video proof and pictures to prove my problem and still nothing Last message I got from them was that a single replacement was sent 9 25 and will provide tracking Today is 10 6 No tracking number or replacement The ones that they are charging me for keep coming but the free replacements do not Just opened another one the other day and sure enough the blades fell out I m furious with their lies and lack of honesty and customer service I will be putting a stop to the automatic refills and throwing away the shaver The shame of it is that I like the product when it works The problem is that I ve received more broken refills than I have usable ones

Do not purchase if you may ever need customer service with item I canceled my purchase was signed up for an unauthorized prescription which took way too long to deal with and get refunded They also changed return policy and did not stand by what they originally emailed me Even though I had an email clearly stating one thing they refused to honor it

Groomie customer service is horrible When I signed up could get proper tracking I had to contact Getting replacement blade through subscription no tracking doesn t work through site Contact ask for tracking sent me broken link then ask me to contact courier myself with tracking number that s the problem I have no tracking number I assume customer support is AI based in response Think I ll be canceling not worth this on consistent bases
