My experience with GTXGaming support has been unparalleled I always receive a prompt response and the answers have been complete and helpful They have helped me work through many server issues most of which I m sure I caused The team has always been friendly and gone out of their way to ensure my server is setup properly We continue to come back for any server needs due to how wonderful the support is

Lee Benson best tech support ever

What made my experience good Well I ll tell you Lee Benson went above and beyond for me My server has been crashing alot lately and I couldn t figure it out and I have sent in many tickets trying to get my sever issue solved i asked a bunch f times if anyone could identify what the issue was but never got a clear answer until now that is Lee Benson found there was something wrong with the machine my game server was on and helped me change to a different machine im not sure why no one else who had helped me before didn t see this problem but my server is back and I can enjoy it again Thank you very very much Lee Benson Please if anything give Lee Benson a raise and a vacation for this Amazing job They are the best

Best Server Host Ever

Amazing Service BEST Server Host on the market Space Enginners CrossPlatformI ve had Servers with GTX for the last 3 years Space Enginners is a very Server performance game especially modded We have had minor issues where we have had to write tickets to get help and everytime they have fixed the issue within the hour Their ability to select the specs of your Server is amazing as I m able to get the specs I need for a lag free ish Server Big thanks to GTX and I look forward to keep using them

From Nitrado to GTX

I began using Nitrado because Xbox ect promotes them but I had nothing but issues and there servers are very very slow I found out about GTXGaming through google and what a difference Servers run smooth no hassle trying to find my server and super easy to install mods via the workshop honestly money well spent with this company Well recommended

They made everything super easy

They made everything super easy From the moment I start my subscription to the time I ended it due to lack of game time not anything GTX did wrong they were on point The language and terminology they used made using their service simple and easy If I need a another game server in the future I will be using GTX with no hesitation Highly recommmended
