Unlike several of the other game hosting companies I have used over the years GTX Gaming actually provides very responsive support from their helpdesk usually within 5 minutes I ve never had issues with lag or crashes from the servers either They are also open to considering new games as they come out so do not hesitate asking them about add your favorite game I can easily recommend this company for your game hosting needs

I ve been hosting with GTXGaming for a couple of months now The server setup was pretty much instant I am hosting a game server with them for Rust The performance on the server is excellent Running over 3000 ai on the map the entity count has reached well over 1mil and still seeing FPS between 50-100 FacePunch recommends anything over 30 and says it s un noticable to players any how Installing editing and anything else you need to do with your server speaking for Rust in this case is a breeze their control panel is really useful and you get a lot more than just start stop restart etc With the click of a button you can pretty much do anything you need to do the staff are exceptionally helpful and I recommend this game server company to all

This company is very professional in how they deal with customers I ve never had an issue getting in contact with them or getting the support I need I ve also never had any technical issues with this company zero They provide everything you need including mod support if a game has mods and provide clear instructions for them If I need a server for a game this is where I go

Outstanding company Valheim server rent

Outstanding company these guys are on top form and the server runs great Had a technical issue i e i broke the server im renting Opened a ticket and with 5 10 minutes they had already wrote back and we began to fix it Jamie who fixed my issue was amazing and help get everything sorted think there were others helping so kudos to them also If you think of renting a server from GTX do it

Valheim server - service excellent

Had a Valheim server for a few months Went very smoothly Tickets questions were answered within minutes super fast When I decided to stop with Valheim 1 day after payment date they refunded the amount Excellent service will definitely come back

I have been having issues with my ark

I have been having issues with my ark servers Everything I tried was failing after adding to favorites running from steam server browser etc James Knott at gtxgaming pointed me in the right direction to show it was my local avast firewall Really pleased as Ark is my escapism and I can now enjoy it without further issues Thanks James Jon
