I needed to make an urgent flight to NZ and Chester was amazing He worked so hard to get me the flight selections and I am truly grateful for his genuine customer service I need to schedule couple more flights and although all the agents are most likely helpful I would definitely request to have Chester take care of my bookings

Josie was great at helping me get a lower rate for the flight I really appreciated that and their patience Even after purchasing the tickets the reps still reached out before flight to organize my seat assignments and see if there was anything else needed

First timer using this website and decided to use the chat feature to see if an agent could help find a better deal I was connected with Vish and he helped me through the whole process based on the criteria I asked for Vish was able to provide a great price very professional and walked me through the whole process The process took about 1 to 1 5 hours to complete but thats due to communication with airlines searching for fares processing payment and declining of my card due to unknown vendor but processed again Highly recommend and remember to tip the agent

I landed on gurufare website through a link on kayak Prior to that I had never heard of gurufare and was a bit hesitant to book on their site However the experience turned out to be wonderful with the assistance from a live agent Greyson He was very friendly and patient helping me find the deal and go through the booking process Shortly after my reservation I got a phone call from Cynthia at Gurufare saying that they found a better option for me and asked if I d like to consider That was a fantastic deal and I happily accepted it I appreciatedthat they went above and beyond to serve their customers
