Chat is the best way to resolve an issue I appreciated Vish s assistance in helping me correct a misspelling of a name on my booking The only reason it s not 5 stars is that at times there was large time gaps between messeges

I did have some issues with a flight booked through Gurufare They weren t super on it helping me resolve the issue But in the end I do feel they really did what they could to help get compensation for a messed up ticket situation Which was mostly just an unfortunate chain of events not necessarily their fault So in conclusion I think you ll be pretty safe using these guys

I have experienced countless customer service related interactions in my life but few come close to the level of support we received from Buzz at Gurufare Buzz did anything and everything you could possibly hope for when faced with a crisis He acted with a sense of urgency and compassion He was infinitely patient and professional when dealing with other often unhelpful airline customer service reps He was thorough and responsive following up whenever there was an update to share He was creative in his ability to problem solve and I think singlehandedly saved our reservation from what seemed like certain doom Without a doubt the reason I am going to celebrate a 40th birthday trip is because Buzz pulled out a miracle Thank you Buzz
