No warranty service
Item was shipped in timely manner however it broke within just 2-3 months after arrival Gymcompany never responded to any of my 3 requests for warranty service and the manufacturer has informed me I need to work with the reseller - so item has been broken for months now

Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing I saw mixed reviews about this store so before i ordered i called to make sure that the expensive equipment i want is in stock I was assured it is in stock and i will get it within 2 weeks The 2 weeks passed and i had no contact from them After calling 50 times i got an email that the shipment is delayed and they expect it approximately in one month no date in the email and at that time i should receive email from courier Very very dissapointing I fully advise to avoid Jan

5 stars is not enough I have made a lot of business and purchases both in my work and privately before and after the introduction of online business through Internet Privately it means business in the range from small electronics to well known car brands Here is the thing the support and customer orientation from the people in Gym Company Force USA Germany from start to end of the purchase process has been nothing but extraordinary most probably the best I have ever experienced in my life As a demanding customer I have had a lot of detailed questions around the equipment installation fitment logistics etc which the Sales responsible Charlotte M llender and Country Manager Paula Huertas tirelessly have responded to fully and super quickly every time in a very friendly manner over email and phone Talk about superb customer focus I am next to receive the shipment and hope that the installation service delivers at the same high level

I wanted to order an air bike but it was not in stock I called the phone number on the website gymcompany NL I am from the Netherlands and spoken with a very polite woman called Paula Huertas She did a great job by advising me another air bike with the same features and so helped me a lot choosing the right air bike for my fitness purposes 5 stars D

Great purchase experience
I bought on the Belgian version of the site The overall shopping experience was excellent received a phone call to ask if I need mounting Delivery was complete and made in a timely maneer So far nothing else to said I haven t experienced with the after sales service but the purchase experience was flawless
