Ordered an ESX500 exercise bike from the sportstech UK website Bike showed as in stock and ready to dispatch but was aware that there might be a bit of delay due to current issues Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Wednesday Really happy Bike works well and pretty easy to assemble and love the Kinomap integration which also works well - went for a ride around Central Park to test it out Happy customer and will look at their rowing machines next

Updated to positive as they refunded the tax Original statement I ve ordered from their Swiss ch website It was a scam page as the product was delivered from Germany hence I have to pay additional tax They are hiding behind a Swiss website letting customer thinking they are ordering from a Swiss website hence the price you see is the final price you pay

I recently purchased the F37 treadmill and I m satisfied with my purchase It is easy to use with nice safety features the screen helps you monitor your progress like heart rate distance calories speed inclination I like the Sporttech live app as well it can save your progress by connecting it with Bluetooth to your phone ipad it has so many programs that suits everyone from beginners to athletes It also comes with a heart rate monitor band the built-in speakers and Bluetooth are really nice so i can enjoy my favorite music while working out I would recommend this treadmill

Great experience
I bought the F31 treadmill a couple of month ago and I couldn t be happier The delivery was super quick and the installation was easy The treadmill itself is great and has all the functionalities I need A couple of days ago I contacted the Sportstech Customer Service via Facebook and they were quick to help The only thing I wish for is that the chat on the website would allow to talk to a human instead of only the chat bot That would help solving problems a little faster But other than that can only recommend Sportstech
