They are also known as FitnessInn in the UK Do not buy from them Never I ordered a treadmill at the end of April an after one month I am still waiting to receive it The product was In Stock on the website and information was confirmed by the Country Manager During the first 10 days I had not been able to contact them and I had been completely ignored After saying I was ready to file a complaint to Action Fraud the company promptly replied to my emails by confirming that the product would have been shipped in 24 hours After one week with no news I asked again and the company said the product had been shipped and I would have received a call from the courier Ten days later again no product no info from the company Do not trust FitnessInn GymCompany

I payed for assembly of the machines I did not happened They don t answer your mail Do not use them G

Avoid at all cost

Fitnessinn Gymcompany are the sameAvoid at all cost As shown by others this company is no longer registered in the UK They take great care in hiding they operate from Spain That technically would not an issue if they were a legit serious business But that is simply an unprofessional operation I initially used other pretty accurate words but they have reported it to trustpilot I am glad to see that they are so quick to act on negative feedback Jush wish they d spend that time and effort helping their customers as opposed to fighting us after letting us down Their T Cs do not list a legal entity responsible for the UK sale contract They do not have stock They promise refunds that they do not process Their phone lines online chat never reply and the country manager nerver followed up after he said he d cancel our order Again I initially used the following words their country manager played dead after being confronted to the actualnsituation but they have also reported it to trustpilot I am again glad to see that they are so quick to act on the wording of a negative feedback Jush wish again they d spend that time and effort helping their customers as opposed to again fighting us after letting us down Action Fraud report now done and Credit Card dispute open I have also let their payment processing partner STRIPE aware of this as they take this pretty seriously I ll get my money back eventually I am not worried but that is unnecessary hassle and a waste of time So others should avoid

This company is a scam Placed order for exercise bike After 11 days without information I tried contacting them regarding tracking details After 5 days of emails and phone calls not being answered i was told it was not available No offer of refund or replacement Going to paypal for refund Do not buy from this company

An unreliable company

The ordered device turned out not to be available so there came no device but also no refund After repeated inquiries at the head office in Barcelona one story followed after the other Only after the necessary pressure from my Spanish lawyer I finally received the refund after one and a half months I advise against buying from this company

Think before you commit to this company

Removed my original complaint as it was deemed to harsh which i my eyes was totally correct So in my experience their are far better suppliers of treadmills out their With response to gym company reply you failed om many points firstly you tried to sell me an interior model as compensation you would not refund my money after many many emails 3 a paypal case had to be opened 4 After having my money for so long and all the hassle i went through to get it back their was no apology or compensation And what i cant understand is the term negotiate what does that mean i am the customer who entered into a contract to purchase a product you advertised i am not here to negotiate if you cant honor the contract you should have refunded the money the day after not weeks after Over 400 pounds is a lot of money when you have very little TO BE BLUNT MY HEADING ID CORRECT IN THE STATE MENT THINK BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible experience

Terrible experience - the company that appears to be behind Fitness Inn - read their awful reviews and also Titanium Strength They have numerous review pages - I guess they are trying to load all the bad ones on to Fitness Inn which they have long given up on with a score of 2 8

A real scam to avoid at all costs

In summary - Paid 4 months in advance- 2 months delay after the promised date- Arrived damaged damaged my floor- Asked for refund only refunded shipping- I have a useless bike sitting on my living room- They don t answer emails nor help anymore

A Disaster

Worst experience ever - 1 5K Euros machine ordered on 3rd of January with delivery within 10 days max- Machine only shipped on 28th of January- Only 2 parcels out of 7 delivered on the 2nd of February-Customer service not responding to email nor phone callUpdate on 22nd of Feb - Vendor promised to reimburse once parcels are collected by their logistic- Parcels collected on the 11th of February and vendor notified- No answers from Gym Company nor reimbursementI can understand logistic issue but not the lack of communication and money held back without justification
