Been using these few years and never had a problem until now Hair is awful asked for advise and was told as we had done one purple shampoo which in the past and never caused a problem they basically didn t want to know Hair is so dry brittle and knotty I kept asking for some advice and just kept being told to check their terms an conditions And read after care We have done 2 intensive conditioning treatments and it s made no difference Customer service shocking hair shocking I ll go back to another brand I use as these seem to handle the odd purple shampoo no problem Really disappointed

majority of all the good 5 star reviews praising them are all from the same person IN the company the typing and x s xx or xo are all the exact same at the end of each review do they think we re that dumb theyre typing these good reviews trying to save face from their horrendous company so please don t let them rip you off and fool you the extensions are low quality frizzy and dry colors don t match what is shown on the website it s a scam sorry to say but if it looks more affordable theres a reason why

Previously ordered from here and left a bad review as the hair was awful however placed an order recently along with their aftercare kit to try again but they ve cancelled my order Safe to say they don t like bad reviews

Absolutely disappointed with my tape in hair extensions i washed them once and can not believe the state of them matted and unmanageable I use hair extension shampoo and conditioner like i alway s have for 5 years I was told after i complained that its Chinese remy hair and it is on the website which i didnt see The hair is not remy mine certainly wasn t The complaints system is dragged out and long I haven t received a refund Do not buy these spend your hard earned money elsewhere Only gave 1 star to leave a review before you say you can t find my order here it is Order 419304Confirmed 18 July

DO NOT buy hair from here I had the hair in for 9 days in total and you couldn t even run a brush through it luckily I specialise in hair Extentions and no exactly how hair should be And this hair had to be the worst I ve ever bought I ve used many suppliers and only ever once had one bad batch of hair for one of my customers and they was great But this company are terrible Ask to send the hair back said they tested it which they attached photos of the hair wet and cut down They even went on my social media and told me they could see I had curled it Which wasn t even there hair in my head it had been taken out Asked for me to take photos of the products I used on my hair Was just being hard work and basically trying to make out it was me not treating the hair correctly I m never one to complain ever So the way they have been was so wierd So grateful you can do a bank claim back as they was Definitely doing everything to avoid a refund before I even sent the hair back And luckily because I could see their customer service was like this I knew they would come back saying again the hair was fine And guess what they did So highly recommend not buying and if you do have a problem do a bank claim back and they ll do everything to not refund you Hairs cheap terrible will never use them again Unsure how to reply to there reply but to add just to let everyone no the one pack is barely enough for myself as my hair is so thick I ve had 300 grams typically fitted in my hair so that was actually less and never once with previous hair had any sort of problem with tangling in my life so the part where there saying to much was applied hence why it tangled is laughable Just honestly don t waste your time on hair off them as you can see they think it s ok after 9 days for the hair to be as bad as it was And I would have never got the refund luckily bank helped

Bought 250 grams of tapes in January I start taking them off after 1 months due to the low hair quality

Good quality and quick delivery can t fault it Thank you again

I have used better quality hair from other suppliers but this hair is value for money for the price you pay says 2-3 months but someone s my clients get around 3-4 months So overall a very happy customer

Fabulous item I brought a Remi clipin set and I m most impressed The colour matched well with my hair and blended great It was very easy to put in and take out when not needed I ve bought from them a few times now and so have my friends only negative I would say is that they need to offer more colours but otherwise very satisfied x

I m very pleased with this product The pieces seem good quality very sturdy and easy to apply Other sets I have purchased have a problem with the paint coming off the clips but these are fine For the price that I paid I wasn t expecting too much but honestly they are decent value for the price
