Absolutely horrendous company i ordered platinum blonde and they sent me a brown orange extentions and tried to say that was there blonde it was brown when i say brown iy was brown and orange nothing blonde in it if i could submit photos i would all they ate saying is i will get a refund but have to pay to post it back and they will take postage of my refund what a awful company with miss information regarding there colours it isnt a slight colour correction its megga to the point my salon cant do anything with this hair as its brown and orange i ordered the lightest blonde they have avoided ordering from this company

Awful goes frizzy and dry within weeks

DO NOT get hair from this company I went here due to lock down as my usual provider wasn t doing trade At first I thought yes They are nice stayed nice for 2 washes after that they was breaking very dry even after using extension shampoo and conditioner the hair was coming out in clumps every time I straightened them they would snap off they where shocking at first I did put a good review on their website when I received them because they did look nice their colour range for blondes is a bit hit and miss I order 2 different colour but when they came they where identical after my experience couple of weeks on I twice tried to put my review on how they really are and both times they deleted it they won t put bad reviews on their website only the good ones so they can con more people into parting with their money for something that should go in the bin If you want pay cheap for extensions expect cheap crappy hair

Absolute garbage not even worth 10 Obviously fake sparse frizzy and smells like plastic Complete waste of money

The hair is absolutely awful It matts like mad and is so frizzy and dry I used all sorts of aftercare treatments and nothing worked I ended up having to have them taken out Complete waste of money

DO NOT BUY If I could leave no stars I would Absolutely appalled with how these hair extensions have lasted 3 weeks and over half the hair had fallen out Not only am I very unhappy with the hair the customer care is so shocking and just turned a blind eye telling me it was past my 28 days I am not asking to return the hair unused as they state is the only way for a refund I am complaining because the hair hasn t lasted even 1 3 of the time it s meant to Do yourself a favour and use a company who will accept when their product is flawed I hardly ever complain and I feel this time it is fully justified as 120 for hair that hasn t even lasted 3 weeks is just horrendous

Absolutely horrific quality I had them in for 3 weeks and they feel like horse hair and just Matt I wasted 170 to now having to rebuy new extensions when I should not have to Told me to follow advice I am a fully trained stylist I did everything I should to ensure the quality of these extensions and when I emailed them they was not useful nor helpful at all I will NOT be using these ever again save your money and get some more expensive ones no where near worth it It is false advertising I find it funny how they have handled it very immature i went away in the UK not abroad so it could not have messed the hair up I wash them in salon professional products my salon also uses these extensions and was appalled with how they turned out after 3 weeks I purchased them while I was having a break from extensions and had them fitted round my birthday for wales so I don t appreciate the rude petty reply back They lasted 3 weeks and they won t admit how crap they are

400892Hair is terrible quality like hair hanging on those witches hats on Halloween Colour is yellow blonde not platinum Ends are whispy and frayed Received the hair got it fitted can t wait to take it out it looks pathetic Won t be buying again waste of money Reply to your reply Don t call it platinum blonde then Call it yellow blonde Then it won t be misleading I don t need to contact your customer service team to tell me the same thing you have it s obvious that the hair cannot be returned or refunded once it has been taken out of the packaging as all hair buyers will know you cannot determine the quality of the hair until you have installed it and washed it so try all you want to undermine me it doesn t work

Had these extensions for 6 7 weeks and they started to shred become extremely dry frizzy and split ended When emailing the company to try and seek refund or a replacement I was asked the same Questions repeatedly and to be told if I answer them within 7 days I will be given expert aftercare advice No offer of refund or replacement Disgraceful

Been using these few years and never had a problem until now Hair is awful asked for advise and was told as we had done one purple shampoo which in the past and never caused a problem they basically didn t want to know Hair is so dry brittle and knotty I kept asking for some advice and just kept being told to check their terms an conditions And read after care We have done 2 intensive conditioning treatments and it s made no difference Customer service shocking hair shocking I ll go back to another brand I use as these seem to handle the odd purple shampoo no problem Really disappointed
