Be aware fraud company

Be aware fraud company About a week ago I signed up for a sim card from Hallon I started getting weird messages even though my number was new and never been known to anyone 2 days ago I was charged 60KR for a service I ve never used nor heard of before after googling in I found out that many Hallon customers have had the same issue and some were charged much more I requested a refund and willing to cancel my sim with them and I m filing a complaint against both companies and hopefully I ll end both their carriers Fraud should not be allowed in any form and even if Hallon denies cooperating with the fraud company they breached my GDPR rights and I ll make sure they ll pay for it

Never revceived the SIM card

Two weeks have passed and I didn t receive the SIM card They have sent it 3 times via regular post They don t offer traceable postal service

Do not recommend this company subscription to any one

Very poor connection they don t have customer support telephone number and unprofessional staff in live chat thinking about the business not the customer satisfaction I do not recommend anyone to use this company subscription I contacted their live support in dec 2022 and asked them send me the invoice no one help me after I send an email they answered after 1 week and they send me invoice reminder fee I cancelled my subscription and I will not use this company subscription in future

Customer service more like customer ignorance

They couldnt make the automatic withdralw from my account so I wrote to them about the problem several days in advance and they chose not to only reply ONLY AFTER the monthly withdrawl would have ran out time and be sent to the inksso the responsible authorithies for payments like this AND canceled suspended my phone services did the respond and where soooo apologetic HYPOCRITES and swindelers is what i call em I had to take a bank loan just beacause they didnt awnser in time and I didnt want to take a chance on getting a betalningsanm rkning ticket or paying the extra cost that comes with inkasso it could all have been solved if they hired some more customer agents or just Cared enough about their customers to make sure things like this didnt happen

Worst experience with telecommunications customer service ever

I traveled to the Alps via Geneva airport and was charged an additional 700 sek by Hallon for data This is fine I understand I should have checked their roaming charges rather than assuming Switzerland was included They immediately blocked my account leaving me traveling in a foreign country with a small child with no internet access They made repeated attempts to take the payment but I was still traveling and couldn t add funds to my card When I got home I tried to pay but there is nowhere on their website to make a payment so I had to wait for their debt collection service to get in touch As soon as I received the email from the debt collection service I made the payment which has been taken from my account However it is now five days later and I still have no access to my Hallon account and they cannot tell me when the block will be removed I am trying to move to another provider but currently can t move my phone number as there is a block on my account The website gives zero information Links to help are frequently broken Everything has to go through a chatbot with long waiting times I can t even get an address to email a complaint I had to send it via the chatbot and was restricted to 500 characters Just the most frustrating experience The staff are perfectly fine but the website and the chatbot set up are appalling

Terrible Choice

I asked to transfer my number to this company They supposed to send me a SIM Card in 1-3 days Already 3 weeks and nothing My Swedish number is not working and I am spending even more than before Terrible choice

Scammers

They always charge more than they should and the live chat support just says Nothing we can do about it it s roaming Whilst I had roaming block enabled through their website haha Scammers stay away

Did not receive product and no refund

I didn t receive the sim card and complained but they still didn t send it and kept on charging me money In the end I lost several hundred kroner and didn t get any product

No customer service when it stated they

No customer service when it stated they had Can t reach any staff for help with an invoice All they had was this MF Berry Common at least a place where I send an email BS Please if anyone considering this company I suggest don t Once you have a problem you are not getting help
