not so good seems bad coverage

My initial experience with Hallon was bad I got my SIM and I tried to activate it It didn t work and I had no signal on my iPhone I contacted the customer service agents and they asked me to wait and wait During a long day waiting for this sim to start working I tried every means to make it work It didn t work and I contacted the agent again for an extra SIM Hopefully this problem can be solved soon I have never experienced any activation failures with any other operators in Sweden

I received my first month payment and they required me to pay by Bilogram Though i have mentioned from the beginning i have no Swedish bank account so i would expect the minimum level of payment mean would be creditdebit card payment and not just through Bilogram They didn t mention about it from the beginning but when i asked the payment methods offered me they confirmed the possibility to pay by creditdebit card Also it s unacceptable not to provide the customer the chance to pay by cash Everything is electronic Finally Hallon App doesn t offer the chance to the customer to change the language You may understand Sweden is a multiculture country with many immigrants and refugees Even if i am a EU citizen i do not speak Swedish and i understand only English French the most dominant and recognized languages in the EU area so expept of Swedish as a primary language you should give the chance to the customer to change language English French Arabic Ukrainian etc etc I am not happy at all with Hallon Thank you and have a nice day
