I recently decided to change from my current operator to Hallon but got a bit hesitant when i saw the low scores on Trustpilot Then eventually i decided to check what score my current operator had and found that they had almost half the score of Hallon So i figured if it worked with current operator ill give it a try I hope i wont regret this review as i quite recently changed In the process of my number transfer i been in contact with Hallon support via chat 4 times To ask questions about my transfer how it works about my account and so far my experience of the chat support have been - Acceptable wait times to get through- Very polite helpfull and professional staff - So far they been able to answer all of my questions I have only tested the chat though I dont know how the e-mail support works and i havent even checked if they have a phone number to call But chat support suits me fine Allows me to carry on with other calls tasks while getting things sorted 4 is the highest score i give in most reviews i do A 5 for me would mean that im provided with the equivalent of i expected a fiat but i was given a ferrari If my experience change i will update this review But so far i only got positive things to say

I don t quite understand all those bad reviews For me it works quite well I find it very cheap and it is very easy to manage your internet phone plans through their web interface

Good choice for a cheap operator with good service in the cities of Sweden and Europe In more rural areas a bit spotty service But therefore perfect in cities and towns or villages in Sweden

Long waiting as the amount of work is divided by not quite enough personnel I think same here Once my request mail was looked into it went fast and efficient

Everything ok But i forgot to register my no and I cannot use the old no which was 0761921270 I wish there were a way to save the no Alex

Good Would be better if they had a telephone customer care

I understand that they don t work 24 7 customer support but hey I m there to deal with English speaking clients all day long Even remotely Hit me up if the salary stats at 30K SEK after taxes Wink wink Nudge nudge
