Ordered shorts told they would come from northern Ireland 1-3 days got a mail saying they posted royal mail from n Ireland 7 days later nothing so e mailed them got a automated reply it not from n Ireland it from china because it 3 30pm and in China they all in bed not in office saying they can t do nothing for 10 days and tracking won t update for 10 days remember 1-3 days delivery but 10 days to update tracking they say after 7 days courier not picked up yet and then needs to go London Heathrow then to courier here Remember royal mail 1-3 postage payed These Chinese companies all claiming to be in UK because we won t buy Chinese as half the time it don t turn up and if it does it takes weeks months BE AWARE FOLKSUPDATE yeee ee so today the shorts have arrived Good quality worth the price BUT always a bit BOOOOOOOO ALL THE SAME COLOUR I ORDERED 3 DIFFERENT COLOURS so 1 star remains as they lied they in UK they lied royal mail 1-3 days delivery they ignored e mails and sent wrong colours Won t buy again

Originally ordered a Huntsman coat last year before Christmas turned up quickly and quality was good Based on this placed an order 12 days ago for cargo trousers and a couple of hoodies - items not yet arrived though apparently they were shipped on 4th March - emailed HD and had a response claiming they are in transit still - tracking not updated Have raised a claim through PayPal and will never use these again - with all the recent 1 star reviews i m wondering whether this is a cash grab by the company before they go elsewhere

So at last trustpilot have seen that this company are a fraud and take people s money and send no goods just need Facebook to ban them now just to let you know I ve not received my goods or had a reply to my numerous emails

I m with all the other people here down rating this vendor Order accepted 5th March but 15th March the YODEL delivery ID they have me showed item still not dispatched despite the 1-3 day delivery time line in the order e-mail Only contact mechanism is via a Web Form which they never respond to and the address they trade from is a Business Park surrounded by fields but look at the photo of the premise they have put out the internet and you will see a block of flats reflecting in the glass in the picture so that s fake Credit card company now involved to recover my money Stay well clear

Ordered over 10 days ago nothing delivered yet send couple of emails as an enquiry and recieved no response at all Will give couple more days then getting credit card to retrieve money paid Will ammend and update review when if goods arrive Edit goods finally arrived cheap nasty tat total waste of money Going in the bin

We are in the era of AI so dont be so sure of all those 5 stars Why does it take so long to send from Northern Ireland to UK Please allow 5 working days for tracking to activate That was 7 working days ago No tracking still These guys make a flash website order the stuff cheap from China then put it in their boxes and send it to you Thats why yodel tracking says at the depot but yodel haven t even got it yet Useless Just not worth doing business with them Tried to get a refund after 7 days with nothing recieved or even traceable They said its been shipped What a lie You could have swam and walked here from Ireland in that time Pull the other one I m going back to buying my clothes from shops because no doubt the quality of their products matches their service trash

Very poor delivery Promised 1-5 days and 10 days later still waiting I received an automated message when I chased the order which basically said don t bother us until 10 days are up This was despite the 1-5days advertised They use Yodel as their courier and they are hopeless Won t be buying from them again

Still waiting for an order which was paid for 2 weeks ago no movement on the tracking with YODEL even though i paid for First Class Royal Mail Useless would not touch then with a barge pole again

Delivery not the 3 days as advertised or by Royal Mail They use Yodel which is quick-ish in England but takes a week to get from Northern Ireland to England Crap customer service- just tell you to wait 10 days for tracking to update Still not arrived on 24th March

Absolute sham of a company Ordered a coat as a present for Christmas after reading some reviews and seeing that it was a UK based company I was completely wrong Having viewed their videos on Facebook where they delete every negative comment by the way I could tell that the coat is ordered and the rest of their stock is extremely poor and cheap quality The company just drop ships from China I emailed straight away and asked to cancel my order I didn t get a response I emailed again and got a response but it wasn t in relation to cancelling my order so I emailed again and advised that I d be asking my bank for a refund At this point they had already sent the coat out apparently It s still in limbo now with Yodel having not received it I luckily got my money back In short do NOT bother with this company They offer people money incentives for positive reviews and even then I don t know how people are writing such good things about them AVOID
