I do like the clothes and they are pretty much the same as advertised This order has taken a while to arrive 4 weeks but that was with normal postage There was no confirmation email sent regarding dispatch etc I would always order well in advance of when I need the items for but I would use them again

I ordered a coat at the beginning of December for my partners Xmas gift Did read reviews after purchase and was a bit disappointed and worried to say the least The jacket has arrived on 3rd Jan 2023 just in time for his birthday on the 4th result Very pleased with the jacket and partner is too He was looking to purchase another colour because the fit was perfect Would be a bit reluctant to do so due to the length of time it takes to arrive If delivery time was faster Would defo order more items

i have ordered many products from this company and have been very happy i get loads of people asking me where i got my jackets from however i ordered one jacket that didnt arrive and trying to get hold of someone via phone email phone etc was uselesshave to say other than this i would have given a 5 star

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son Thought the delivery was going to be in 2-3 days but arrived 10 days later In between the time of ordering and receiving the goods I was going to cancel the order Glad I didn t because the shoes were absolutely gorgeous I will be ordering again but well in advance of need

AVOID

Service could be better I ordered a coat for Christmas and it has only just arrived 30 12 I contacted the company several times and only got stock email responses with no updates on the expected delivery The coat itself is very nice just a shame it was not in time for Christmas The only direct response I got from the company was after I posted a negative review A shame really as their items are lovely If you don t mind a long wait and poor customer service then go for it

Purchased a coat two leather jackets and two pairs of shoes Still trying to get them to send a returns label for the shoes they sent the wrong size requested UK size 8 they sent sizes 5 5 5 The shoes are not good quality very thin materials especially on the sole I wouldn t recommend them Coat and jackets are fine

Okay but have to wait a while

Bought a nice jacket and ordered a hoodie that was on offer at the same time Had yodel tracking but kept saying invalid After emailing CS they told me the jacket was being sourced from a different supplier and I d have to wait for it I decided to refund the jacket and shop elsewhere The hoodie did arrive and is quite nice

I have been trying to find a return

I have been trying to find a return address for a jacket that doesn t fit There is no return address on site nor did one come with the package I have emailed them three times but each email has been ignored Maybe they want to hold on to my money as long as possible or maybe they think that if they ignore me - I ll give up Update - money has now been returned - HDs site not very friendly if you re looking to return goods though

Ordered coat and shoes from HD and paid for express delivery cost arrived after 10 days through Royal Mail shoes took 22 days through Evri emailed for updates and had 2 auto replies then a personal response strange how shoes arrived the day after I understand about strikes and Christmas but don t offer the express service if it can t be fulfilled

Ordered a coat and pair of shoes the coat has arrived looks and feels fantastic had a few comments on how good it looks however one of the prestuds is snapped off I ve emailed but no response from them after 2 days as for the shoes I waited the 10 days and still not arrived they have now responded to the email quite promptly saying they are on their way
