Only used this company once and wouldn t really use it again First off communication was poor at best no delivery details apart from 2 yodel tracking numbers which I couldn t get to work then one item turned up from Royal Mail Secondly the sizing is just a joke hence why I ordered 2 of the same coats different sizes then realised it wasn t free returns if you wanted a refund the customer had to pay for the return delivery which meant I just kept the 2 coats Coats aren t the best quality and don t look like they do on website I won t be using this company again

Poor quality despite all the advertising hype just a cheap Chinese made jacket that s poorly finished particularly the zipper course and rough in use Not worth the money

I ve ordered a pair of shorts for my holiday and two weeks later they ve still not arrived and looking at the tracking it says they are still at the loading depot checking the reviews this seems a regular complaint so please be aware to order well in advance of you wanting your items

I originally bought the wrong size I quickly emailed them and they amended the order within 30 mins which was great However the wrong colour was delivered ordered brown received red This wasn t a small colour change due to different screens it was the red version of the same item Having checked these reviews I didn t bother contacting the company as it seems people don t get a response and they pretend they don t receive the return It is worth stressing that despite the company stating they are based in Ireland these are Chinese manufactured clothes delivered from 4PX in China by Yodel However at the time of ordering I was charged 4 95 for Royal Mail First Class delivery It took two weeks to arrive Buy at own risk

Ordered 2 t shirts and a jacket T shirts where fine Average No better or worse than anywhere else Bit over priced for what they are The jacket on the other hand awful There s no other way to put it Fake pockets bad quality buttons missing or just smashed beyond repair in the bag It s abit of a scam site tbh save your

Goods received I m happy with however ordered in 12th December received half of the order on 16th December via royal mail The remainder of the order arrived just now via Yodel at 20 14 on 03 01 2024 Absolutely terrible communication zero customer service support when I tried to find out what was going on with the order Buy but pay attention to the negative reviews They re not wrong

Bought a Brown jacket on receipt it was orange nothing like the picture Returned for exchange for two different items and was sent one with a small refund Hadve-mailed my details and contact and placed the same details in tje return No reply except they exchanged Again another item described as Blue On arrival it was a blue lines on a checked background with Green collar and shoulder patches Will not use them again as the pictures they disay are completely false Sk dissapointed in this company Thay need to start telling the truth and get the filter of the lens

Saw these guys popping up on my Facebook a fair bit so gave in and had a look at what they had for sale as the stuff I was seeing advertised looked like very good quality clothing Ended up ordering a pair of Keano jogging bottoms as they were down from 46 99 to 23 99 so thought this was a very good offer It took a long time for the wears to arrive which I can understand if they are a busy company and to be fair they do state it can take up to 10 working days but also when they finally arrived I was quite disappointed to see that it s a very cheap material almost feels like foam to the touch Even after trying on they don t feel very nice against the skin I don t buy myself clothes much so was quite excited for them to arrive I m so glad I hadn t paid the full asking price Definitely won t be ordering from this company again

This is my 2nd purchase from HD s and the first one was fine - but I believe they ve been bought out since then I bought a sweater for my husband at Christmas but unfortunately after only a few wears multiple threads had pulled in it This occurred during normal wear and is a result of the type of fabric used I contacted HD s to ask for a refund as the sweater wasn t really fit for purpose day to day wear I received a link to the returns refunds page quite quickly but can t use that as I m out of the refund period Further emails and facebook messages have been completely ignored I ve given up now - I ll sew the threads in and never buy from HDs again My husband likes their clothes but if I can t have confidence that issues will be dealt with I ll go elsewhere

1st order from them long delivery time not very good quality shorts show a button on the back pocket but its only a false button you cannot fasten the pocket also bought a jumper but the edges are already loosing shape before even wareing would not recomend the prices are cheap but so is the product
