Vance Joy concert this evening - but absolutely disgusting attitude from the OVO stewards and ticket office woman - extremely rude abrasive and disrespectful- AXS are useless - their app doesn t work and you get next to no help or support from their arena staff -The woman in the ticket office was appallingly rude and dismissive - the aggression of the outside stewards was unnecessary - we were a family of 4 with 2 young kids - wouldn t come back here for that kind of rubbish behaviour

Shocking Customer Service Feels Like a Scam
My experience with OVO Wembley Arena has been nothing short of disgraceful I initially spent four hours on hold to speak to someone regarding whether the full VIP ticket price for an essential companion would be refunded I was assured it would be Based on this I purchased three tickets totaling just over 600 However when I tried to claim the refund for one ticket I was suddenly told that the VIP portion wouldn t be refunded over 100 This has been dragging on for over a month now and their responses have been infrequent at best I m lucky to get one reply a week To make matters worse I m currently on hold with them AGAIN I was number 3 in the queue when I first called and now after 3 hours I m the next caller Are they even answering calls or are they hoping people will just give up This is criminal behavior and feels like nothing short of a scam I will be taking this matter to the small claims court to claim my refund as they ve left me with no other option Avoid dealing with them at all costs the level of customer service is utterly unacceptable
