No communication options to the store the provided e-mail doesn t work no active address There s no phone number or any other communication option A reservation for an article bought on-line on 26 11 2023 has not been received at post address up until now 05 12 23 - and again no option for communication with the store

Their motto of goal of making quality second hand clothing more accessible to everyone is a bit laughable Charging 10 for standard delivery of a polo shirt to the ROI is just profiteering No delivery updates and over a week and it still isn t delivered

Items in good condition as advertised but measurements on listing were inaccurate for one item Sent returns request but returns email links for label or qr code all not working and no response to email asking for this 36 hours later Not great really

Very slow at replying to emails
Very slow at replying to emails regarding returns Again no acknowledgement of item returned or when my refund will be issued even after emailing them Looking at past reviews this seems to be common I bought a jacket which I wasn t happy with so I choose to return it as this is an option that Haru offer but don t seem to want to honor I wouldn t order again I gave 2 stars simply because the item turned up I didn t believe that the jacket was authentic Burberry as there was no serial number on the care label
