Exemplary Customer Service through Challenging Situation

Recently I had an experience with Responsible US that tested my patience but Naomi from their customer service team stepped into address the situation and was able to resolve the matter for me I originally encountered a few challenges with my order I received a delayed dispatch although they offered me a 10 gift card to make up for this and 1 of the items was incorrect I understand mistakes can happen so initiated a returns request and entrusted Yodel with the returns process To my dismay Yodel lost the parcel and said they couldn t do anything and to contact Responsible US to seek compensation Long story short Naomi contacted me yesterday and was able to assist me The customer service team kept me updated and informed me throughout the investigation It was evident they were committed to finding a resolution Within 24 hours the case has been resolved and a refund has been initiated Although this case took a while to rectify due to Yodel s refund process I appreciate the professionalism and genuine concern from Responsible s customer service team and it has restored my faith in the company

I am really happy with the clothes - just seemed to wait a while for them to arrive and the tracking system wasn t giving me any indication of when they would arrive
