I spent 104 on a full suit only the jacket was sent a fortnight later and 6 emails still no reply from Haru It seems they are running this is a skeleton business without a customer service team

I ordered 2 items from Haru The first was out of stock apparently and the second has still not been dispatched 2 weeks later despite paying for speedy delivery When I asked CS - they said they have changed warehouses but cannot give me a time when the items will be dispatched

I haven t received my items it s been over a week and they haven t been shipped yet no communication from the company 48hr delivery Not this time I ve ordered from this site before and haven t had an issue but the lack of communication as to why it hasn t been shipped yet has annoyed me and to get an email asking if I m satisfied with my purchase how would I know

Terrible attention to detail
I sumbitted a form to sell an item of clothing via their website I got a generic response to say they were not buying footwear although it was clearly a jacket I was selling I then pointed this out to them and they sent another generic response to say they weren t accepting jackets unless it was one of their core brands If it was a core brand then they were definitely interested in buying it The irony of it was that the jacket I was selling was one of their core brands - C P Company I couldn t be bothered to again point out their mistake complete waste of time

Awful Customer Service
My parcel has been lost with Evri for 3 weeks but the company s customer service is awful It keeps saying they re away and will be back on a certain date only to find they re away again I had one response email saying if my parcel doesn t come by the end of the week they will issue a voucher however it s now been almost 2 weeks since that response and I can t get in touch with anyone Considering they sell expensive items they should be more on it with this

I have ordered items a week ago I paid for express shipping the order was for 101 35 and the the order has still not been fulfilled I don t like to leave negative reviews but I have tried to email Haru but it don t go through say s address can t be found so I am trying this to see if I can get an response

Issues with every order
Placed a few orders with this company now and seem to have issues with every order Customer Support from Naomi is great and cannot fault it however it does not take away from how frustrating and disappointing it is dealing with the company Maybe Responsible create issues on purpose to showcase Naomi and how good at her job she is

You have sent me the wrong parcel
You have sent me the wrong parcel instead of containing the stone island shirt I paid 195 for it contained a bottle of hair conditioner It was labled with my name and the correct tracking number on it but also a second address label which was not mine the post office sorting department advised me it was your mistake not theirs and to contact you I have tried to ring you several times with no success and emailed you with no reply could you please let me know when I will receive the item I have paid for asapThank you Keith Forrest
