I found the dress I ordered a little shabby and worn in places

Slow delivery item labelled as M came up more like a S

Had to return the item as it was way too small and definitely not an XL size

Box was unnecessary post was sent to liat office Other than that I m happy with the item

I was a little nervous in case the products I ordered would not be in as good a condition as described and or maybe arrive unclean or smelling of smoke I was satisfied that the items were in the like new very good condition as described and they all looked and smelled clean They were also individually wrapped in plastic - not great for the environment - but made it feel like I was buying brand new clothes from an online retailer On the negative side I emailed Haru with a query immediately after placing my order but I received a message to say that my email wasn t delivered That was worrying as it was the first time I ordered and thought the website perhaps wasn t reliable trustworthy I also didn t receive a dispatch notice within a couple of days of ordering so that made me more nervous but I was then very surprised to receive the delivery within two working days of placing my order I received the dispatch notice two days after I received the items I had to return two of the items and had no problems at all with the email address provided for returns The communication about the returns was also efficient Overall I was impressed with the clothes I ordered If I didn t have the issue with using the hello email address I would have given five stars Additional point 18 11 2023 Reduced to 3 stars as I went back to look for more clothes and it seems that the website now doesn t allow you to filter based on clothing size condition etc It takes much longer to look for suitable items so this is very disappointing

24hr Royal Mail delivery needs looking at mine took 4 days but when my order arrived the quality was good

Delivery took a little longer than I expected however the items were in good condition and as described although one was too big so had to be returned The return postage was at my own expense which was almost not worth my while taking into consideration the cost of the item

Ok quality I had to get another stone island badge as the one with the jumper was too scruffy even for a second Good customer service just not the best quality in my opinion

Love the idea of the company this time I ordered it took a week to reecive my items and tha packaging wasn t anywherenear as good as the first time I ordered I d use you guys again but I do think a week for delivery is pretty slow these days

Really like the concept Unfortunately I ordered a hoodie that was too small for me Free return label worked great but did take 20 days for point of ordering to get the full refund due to only a partial refund being given in the first place
