First time using Haru to send some old clothes off easy to use app happy with prices I did have an issue with my parcel once I sent it off but this was resolved in a quick and efficient way will be using again to sell my old clothes also massive shout out to Naomi who works in customer service she s a credit to your company very polite and resolved my issue within a few days

If patience is a virtue then Haru deserves a medal for guiding me through an EVRI-induced test of it My parcel went on an unplanned scenic tour of the country thanks EVRI but Haru s customer service skills were nothing short of heroic Despite my mounting frustration Haru kept me calm with timely updates and a reassuring attitude that was practically zen-level Every message from Haru felt like a digital cup of tea warm soothing and exactly what I needed while waiting for EVRI to finally locate my wayward package In the end Haru made the wait bearable and that deserves five stars even if EVRI deserves none
