A lot easier than selling yourself

I used this app to clear out my wardrobe Had a load of items that I was planning to sell on Vinted depop but never found the time It was quick easy with Haru Probably could have made a bit more money selling myself but was happy to take their offer to save time listing the products dealing with buyers and multiple trips to the post office and also just to get the cash fast as opposed to waiting for the items to sell Will 100 use it again Got paid out as soon as they received my items

Sent 2 large parcels one arrived on time the other Evri decided to delay for a bit Despite my worry Haru were in constant contact with me and had it resolved Defo will be searching out more bits to send to them

Interesting experience with Haru 2 parcels went missing due to Evri not Haru Haru customer services Naomi absolutely first class kept me updated the whole way ensured items were paid out took responsibility for raising issue with Evri and just very keen to ensure a positive resolution

Please Help

On the 31st of October my car got broken in to and a suitcase filled with my clothes was stolen Suitcase below is a Grey EastPak Suitcase This was on Upper Market Street in Hove The thieves may be looking to turn it and make money fast The clothes were largely Abercrombie and Fitch and All Saints I m offering 2000 for the safe return of all my items and my suitcase if someone does try to sell it to you - please could you let me know I will buy it off you Notable Items include a Lucy And Yak Terracotta Red Jumper 4 Pairs of Abercrombie and Fitch Denim Shorts and A Massive Green and White Floral Dress Please please please I m desperate

35p for a like new levi hoodie i would be swapping that for a fredo chocolate bar but I will be fair alot of stuff they have quoted pretty good sent my first box of clothes and Been quoted 80 time will tell if that s what I will get or close to it

Love the app

Seeing a lot of negative reviews but I personally have had a great experience the customer support has been exceptional You have to remember that the offers made are to buy ur clothing outright so yes it s going to be lower than what u could sell it urself but they handle the whole process of the sale Yes some offers are low but I ve had some really great ones I d definitely recommended using this app if u have a lot of clothes shoes accessories to get rid of if ur a bit of a clothes hoarder like me The app does need some tweeking as it doesn t always process an item ur trying to get a quote on or it won t submit through the correct category Overall it s still a great app to have imo i will definitely continue using it as will all my family friends

Haru has honestly been amazing I ve been using the app for months and the communication from Naomi has been top-notch quick responses proactive updates and consistent status updates Plus the tracked shipping is a great touch I ve recommended it to friends and they re also enjoying the service Don t pay attention to the negative reviews as most of them focus on price If you feel your item is worth more than the offer just sell it elsewhere It s that simple In my experience the offers have been very reasonable and accurate you just need to understand what sells well I 100 recommend Haru to anyone who doesn t want to deal with the hassle of perfectly lit photos overly detailed descriptions and long waits to sell if the item even sells at all It s a great way to get quick cash for your hard-earned clothes
