Just received my box and I was pleased

Just received my box and I was pleased with the things inside however for the off-white denim jacket one of the labels seems to be missing as the main label on the neckline is there whilst the inner label is not present I m not sure whether this means the item isn t authentic or the label is missing or it doesn t come with an inner label

The boxes are always super awesome value and have amazing items I never would get on my own I have ordered every kind of box and never returned it Their customer service is amazing Only reason it isnt 5 stars is because I have received a repeat item

Wrong box sent to me

I ve ordered a heat box plus spent 875 duty fees that were supposed to be free as mentioned on the website The guaranteed value of my items were supposed to be between 1350 -1850 CAD and I received a Casablanca sweater worth 690 CAD and a Namesak3 hat worth 200 CAD UPDATE they sent me the wrong box customer service is refunding me duty fees for the box and is sending a new box with other items to top up the value They re actually making an effort for customers to be happy UPDATE refund as been received only waiting for the new box to be delivered

Great brand

I ordered a 299 heat box on Black Friday for my boyfriend Although delivery took longer than it should ve it was 1000 worth the wait My box came with a total of 1254 worth of designer items all with authenticity QR codes One item worth over 900 so definitely worth your money Replies on Instagram we re very efficient and helpful I would 100 purchase again despite the wait Exceeded my expectations

My first experience with Heat

My first experience with Heat I ordered my first ever men s streetwear box for Black Friday and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive they changed from Fedex to DHL As a Canadian I also had to pay duty fees around 90 CAD keep that in mind Other than that Heat s new style profile feature is really useful I got a McQ Cap a Casablanca T-Shirt and a small Canada Goose jacket for a total value of around 930 CAD paid 500 50 for shipping 90 for duty so I can t complain

Mixed feelings

I pulled a pair of palm angels track pants and a palm angels t shirt pants were fantastic and just what I wanted the shirt on the other hand was kind of a let down tbh but I definitely would try to get another one in the future

Amazing experience from start to finish staff are so genuine and will go above and before for you items they sent were beyond what I d ever expect even the stickers were great Will definitely be shopping here again
