Absolutely love I was worried i might not like what i got in my heat box but what i received was absolutely amazing I even managed to get on their live stream and pick an item of my choice Will definitely be getting many more heat boxes in the future the service and the response you receive from the company themselves is top quality 100 recommend

Best Mystery Box Experience Ever

Easily one of the best mystery box purchases I ve ever had the chance to experience the price tag was insane love the fact that heat allows you to make special requests for their VETEMENTS exclusive mystery box is crazy in itself I had talked with one of the people who run the account they helped me clear up a shipping issue almost immediately and got it routed back on the right track not to mention I think whoever I talked to handpicked my box and hooked me up with my grail item I ve been dying to get Best customer service you could ask for in a business seriously do not hesitate to buy from HEAT they are 100 worth it I will most definitely be supporting in the future p s whoever packed my box and helped me via IG you deserve a raise and a hug

Fantastic customer service

The HEAT staff and customer service is fantastic They replied to me on Instagram and through email very quickly and helped me with any problems or requests They were the best support service I ve experienced from a company and help anyone get what they need Thanks again

Worth it

Although you may have to wait a while to receive it it s definitely worth it There s always a surprise inside with something I never would have picked for myself yet can t wait to style I ve always gotten my money s worth from every box

A must for interior lovers

This was my first experience at ordering from Heat and l wasn t disappointed The homeware box is a must for all interior lovers and will appeal to all age groups My box arrived quickly and the contents were well packaged A large Heat dust bag was included which I thought was a nice touch I was thrilled with the contents The brands included were Tekla Sunnei Murano and I received a Anissa Kermiche love handles vase I ve admired them for sometime and know they retail at around 340 so my box was well worth the money I would most definitely order a Heat homeware box again You won t be disappointed

Black Friday box

In the last year we ordered at least 10 boxes for me and my partner We been pleased with all of the boxes all items included were quality and worth the deal Sometimes it makes you dress at times out of the box Great items like balenciaga bags or shoes off white canada goose palm angels casablanca amiri All in all we been pleased of our purchases and will buy again We can reccomend the boxex as it worths the deal

LOVE my Heat box

LOVE my Heat box LOVE the live streams they do on drop days on their Instagram page I ve watched for the last few months seen people picking out 1 item to go into their boxes I ve always been jealous but this month I got a box I was picked to go onto their live was able to pick out 1 of the items I wanted Heat customer service are amazing as well quick answers on their Instagram to messages comments on their posts if you live in the UK the boxes deliveries are so quick Order at 8pm on Thursday despatched on the Friday arrived Saturday afternoon Would highly recommend
