The idea you guys have is great but i think you guys should work on what s in the boxes Like have your buyers make an account before they purchase you can send them an email to do this before the boxes are out for sale so in this account you should have them go through a test kind of thing to see what they want how their clothes are and how it fits them because I bought a box that didnt go for a style i liked also the shirt said it was medium but not the normal medium so as a result i had to return it which this is bad for you guys as you have to refund and also go through this process when this can be almost fixed to maybe even fully fixed if you guys had a system like that to personalise what buyers could like

For those who love spending and mystery box

The concept is amazing as well as the product which is authentic Was abit bummed on the their option of high ticket woman like other Mens products they had 2 options high ticket box and mens original box they dint have a woman original box which was lower rate than the high ticket I like their selection but the value worth was a bit lower or its already on sale than being the newest of all had to do my reserach on product Well business is business so I thought they gotta make some cut of their own Well if you are a blogger or a youtuber highly recommend If only I had made 4 figures would have bought more of it D

Great concept but my expectations were a little to high

I ordered a high ticket box after I saw all the amazing unboxings on Instagram but at the end I only got a pair of jeans what was a little bit disappointing after seeing all the Balenciaga and Dior itemsOverall the concept is very interesting and you so it s a great thing to try if you ve got the money laying around but just be aware of your expectations because you could always receive an item you don t likeThe customer support could be a bit more friendly and efficientThe design of the box and the quality overall was very good and very instagramable

Legit but not as good of a value as it seems

Well they do as they say They send you stuff which has a retail of like 30 more than you paid But if you ve ever seen a 30 50 or even 70 sale you d be getting a much better deal And you ll get f ed over paying another 80 Dollars in import tariffs So entertaining a bit of low risk gambling But not a good value in any sense

Think twice before buying it

Well its definitely not bad but you ll have to be prepared that may come something that doesnt fit to your style or character or a brand that you dont even know Its written that every box includes 1-3 items but though i got 4 items which means the end price is divisible by 4 and not by 3 My advise is to think twice before buying it They do have excellent service and shipping goes really very fast

If you re going to shop here I highly recommend purchasing the High Ticket Box instead of the Original one From personal experience I can say that you will receive very good items in high ticket but not so good items in the original In high ticket I got brands like givenchy amiri saint Laurent and off-white ordered 2 boxes and in the original box I could only recognize 2 brands bought 3 boxes

Good shooping experience bad customer service

My experience what so ever with what they actually offer is great happy costumer so far but the costumer service is terrible waiting for an answer on a very simple matter for over 1 month already the worst part is that every time they look into the matter and no answer is coming back

Was excited to receive the box since

Was excited to receive the box since I d never done this before Placed an order from Canada - paid 570 plus 180 in duties - ended up disappointingly receiving a white t-shirt and a thin jacket worth 65 595 CAD 660 Both products are mediocre at best and I will never wear them Now returning them is going to be a chore and a loss for me since I ll have to pay for shipping and duties again If you re ordering from Canada do not buy unless you re absolutely ready to commit to keeping the box

Order disaster - BUT WE GOT THERE IN THE END

So I ordered from Heat on black Friday well on the 27th Nov still no sigh of order till a month later HOWEVER I received a mystery box well over what was expected will be ordering again

fantastic box

Box just came after an extensive delay due to Covid-19 which is the only reason it wasn t 5 stars After opening the box I was super happy with the fantastic items I received Very worth it and will 100 be buying another box again once the vivid situation has died down
