Refund chaos times 3

Sorry guys never experienced anything like it ordered 2 mystery boxes end of december shipped a couple of days later Unfortunately a small thing called brexit came along and this is where the mess starts German customs wanted a detailed list of the value of each item within the boxes I told them I don t know I wrote the heat support team that the documents provided with the box aren t enough and that DHL will return it eventually No response from support DHL returned it I asked them for a refund as soon as they get the shipment back Don t worry we ll refund you They get the shipment refunds team contacts me they can t understand what went wrong and opened an investigation with DHL I ve told Heat approximately 3 times what went wrong So far no refund no answer on further emails nothing I m waiting for months now Unprofessional behavior and incompetent team UPDATE even after I contacted Kelsey from customer support via the provided address I did not get any response AT ALL Congrats guys UPDATE 2 I ve contacted kelsey multiple times now As she does not see the necessity to answer pls contact me UPDATE 3 You guessed it right still no money In the meantime I was informed that heat is going to keep 30 PER BOX administration fees I should emphasize once again that it was entirely THEIR fault Thanks guys great site UPDATE 4 I was assured I would be refunded within 5 days That was about 2 weeks ago I ordered in December and the shipment was returned in January SCAMMERS

Didn t get the retail price I was promised

I just received my package waiting a month now and I opened it it contained 6 items and thought alright but as soon as I added up the retail price of the items it did not come to 950 which essentially I was promised due to the Black Friday promotion Customer service was awful as well I demand an exchange of my items so they add up to the promised retail price just disappointing really

Awful experience with HEAT IO

Awful experience with this mystery box company Waited 12 days for my box and it never arrived no one bothered to inform me or update me with anything Had to chase up for a whole week just to get an answer I was given a stupid 10 discount thinking that it would solve the problem After day 12 i finally got my refund Beware you could have the same experience as me no one helps and once you purchase your just left on your own basically Worst thing is that I really wanted to have a good experience and really wanted see what the company had to offer I m staying far away now

Falsely advertised

Would put 0 if I could received my heat box from the Black Friday sale on the 21st Completely falsely advertised and the retail prices do not add up to what they say they will and what is advertised on their Instagram or through their influencers Also one item came damaged Tried to speak to customer service and got 0 help I m supposed to pay loads in returns fees to send back something that s damaged and falsely advertised Now I m just getting ignored by them Don t botherEdit response I reached out to your team the day I got the package and even got passed on to Kelsey just to get ignored Stop fronting

Custom Tax Nightmare

I ve bought a high tiket box last week i m from italy so i had to pay 589 for the box plus 25 of express delivery from DHL the only delivery option available so a grand total of 614 before arriving DHL contacted me saying that they paid 231 6 for custom duty s Duty tax for importing the box from UK to EU since UK has finalised brexit Heat io team forgot to mention that the contents of the box were EU UK goods to avoid taxation so now i m left with a 231 fine to pay to retrieve the box and no way to send it back without paying more custom charges once the box will reach UK Support isn t answering to help Disappointed with the way they conduce business

Horrible DO NOT BUY

After trying to reach their costumer support for a return for over a week they finally got back to me Referred me to the returns team who then also took a week to get back to me even after I tried several times to remind them nothing happend When they finally got back to me they provided me with the WRONG return label and they take days inbetween replies Might I add that their returns need to be sent back to them within 14 days Well they take well over 14 days to even give you this return label They are literally stealing your money this way Totally unacceptable and I will me warning everyone I know about their terrible business

Lost return and refusing to refund

They lost my return internally sent with tracked delivery and confirmed to be received at the depot and I am still awaiting my refund It has been 3 weeks with multiple emails sent and I ve now had to raise this with my bank and the financial ombudsman Honestly waste of time for what arrived

Would rate lower if I could

Would rate lower if I could Paid 850 for a super brand box which took over 2 weeks to arrive The contents of the box was beyond disappointing such a waste of time - it s as if they raided Prada Givenchy to find their ugliest items not to mention the velour tracksuit top from some unlisted brand which was chucked in - hardly luxury Ugly items aside my real frustration has come from the fact that it s now been 40 days since I returned the item I m yet to see my refund The help desk are responsive however they ve been telling me they ve raised my return as urgent for the past few weeks yet no sign of a refund Do not waste your time it s a shambles of a company

Delivery Process

Ordered a Box 2 Weeks ago and still nothing even Dispatched All I keep getting is emails saying they have large amount of orders and are sorry for the delay As these boxes are limited I find it really hard to believe you would not have a process I ll place to cover that amount of boxes being shipped From reading some comments below it seems some people are having the same issue and get getting vague emails about what s going on It s seems they are not learning from past experiences as the have had this issue for 2 weeks and then they have released more boxes while I m sat still waiting for mine I will not be using again
