I recently flew back from Crete with BA and in a rush left my passport on the flight Monica I didn t catch her surname but she works near Border control was extremely helpful and professional She is a credit to the airport

This is for Heathrow Meet and assist hey i want to say thank you to Methew Warnakulasuriyathat i got to guide me in the airport if youre not good at finding youre way i say getting someone to help you is the best thing you get trough tjeks fast they help you find bathrooms food quiet places and ofc youre plain so you dont need to tjek all the time and be worried abut making youre plain on timeand i will say now Heathrow is so big its really nice to have help or els i never find it by myself we went into train and up elevators and down escalators so i was lost but i was so happy to have help thanks again from Anna Madsen

The best terminal I have ever been

The best terminal I have ever been through so far We arrived late in the evening with two small children An efficient person directed us straight to the shortest queue because we were with children We got through and the bus took us to the parking area We loved it

I am reviewing the Heathrow international arrivals Great airport one of the best I ve experienced Spotlesly clean including washrooms spatious well lit free charging points available great coffee places Great underground links to London city centre Thank you for a good experience Keep it up

I never had such an experience

I never had such an experience in an airport in my life I came two hours prior to my flight and I found myself at the gateliterally fifteen minutes afterwardsI couldn t believe iteverything went so smooth and fast they were so helpful beautiful terminal silent without any announcements

collected my daughter today from Heathrow airport and the whole experience was seamless went into the wrong carpark and the assistant let me out and directed me to long stay where i enjoyed up to 2 hours free parking whilst i met my daughter using the free shuttle service Delivered straight to terminal 2 arrivals with ease and back to my car a short time later Really helpful people clear directions and free parking Billiant Thanks Heathrow

Heathrow Rewards excellent helpline

Just spoke to a few people at Heathrow rewards about a problem I had booking parking with my points The phone was answered each time within a few rings by an actual person Can honestly say it is the best service by a helpline phone number I ve ever received No menus to go through or anything just direct person to person contact Superb and helpful team thank you
