Ordered oil on 31st December 2024 paid in full on 2nd Jan promised delivery on 7th Jan then slipped to 14th Jan then 15th Jan and finally arrived on 16th This company clearly likes to live off of its customers money holding it for 2 weeks before delivering your oil When a problem arises no one is accountable and each time you call you have to explain the history to a different agent It s basic stuff really order oil pay for oil give customer a delivery date and deliver on that date but they failed to do that It took multiple calls me calling them over several days There s no single point of contact and no one takes responsibility Their procedures are broken On one of those three days the driver ran out of hours but why did I have to call them And what about the other 2 days they didn t show up I don t like giving bad reviews but honestly my advice is avoid this company at all costs

Paid for delivery last week and still no oil We have no heating nor hot water now I ve sent numerous emails with still no response Avoid this company they take your money from bank and don t delivery goods

Our oil did not come by the designated

Our oil did not come by the designated day in fact it was 3 days late and during that time we had no heating at all as the tank was empty But worst of all we had no communications from the company advising us of any of this we had to constantly ring them ourselves to find out what was happening We were very upset that we didn t get our delivery the day after it was due as a priority for failing a customer due to how their systems worked Some compensation for our severe inconvenience would be nice Won t use them again

Ordered and given a provisional delivery window but that has been missed Worryingly the tank is almost empty I will have to buy an emergency top up to tide me over Despite the public request to email nothing has happened Looks like this was just to appear to take action

Failed to deliver on the date agreed Only found out it had been rescheduled after I rang the company No communication at all Said I d receive a text or phone call to confirm date and nothing was received Was delivered 5 days late from agreed date Will not be using this company again

No communication from this company Delivery missed x2 Ran out of oil so no heat hot water or cooking We had to chase Certas and promises not fulfilled Not happy

Late delivery no customer service avoid

I paid the premium price for a quicker delivery but they missed the date They do not offer any customer service whatsoever You get emails back from Certas essentially saying it s online only we can t help they will get back to you at some point I am waiting for a refund of the premium I paid vs the standard price

Arrived to deliver without requested

Arrived to deliver without requested phone call to unlock tank at 7am my car was in the driveway and delivery person did not bother to ring the door I then spent 3 hours on the phone trying to ask for the missed delivery to be made I was passed from depot to seller for this time learning the name of the driver but little all useful help
