Two issues everything else good Ordered 08 10 2024 delivered 22 10 2024 The only downsides I had was waiting two weeks but I did not pay extra for a timed delivery Second downside was that there was not any communication even though I was told I would get tracking information

Very easy to place the order and the price was reasonable The delivery driver contacted me as requested and arrived on time

Heating oil

On the plus side ordering was easy online paid in full but when delivered I had overpaid but they refunded difference within days Also delivery was next day despite saying it could take ten days The minus part was communication giving delivery date I was going out so looked at the portal to see if there was a date it just said processing and as only ordered day before so went out 45 minutes later the driver telephoned me to say he was there with delivery I looked at the portal a week later still said processing I will say the driver was very good and I talked through where the tank was as it was my first delivery I would use them again but they need to get communication sorted otherwise the portal is a waste of time It s a shame I would have given them five stars if communication and portal worked

Great price and easy ordering payment system Only small hiccup no email or message to confirm delivery date Driver called my mobile to state he was at my property No one at home but he was able to deliver by himself

Great price very efficient and friendly delivery driver Would have been 5 stars if the first attempt at delivering was made 2 days after I placed the order without prior notification so unfortunately we were out and the driver was unable to access our tank That said once I contacted the company they were very quick to apologise and arrange delivery with a confirmation message beforehand

Used for the 3rd time Excellent price and delivery earlier than expected which is great but as per my earlier review still no communication I selected a 2 week delivery slot which meant it could have arrived before Jan 3rd It arrived at 7am on 27th December but zero comms Order acknowledgement email and thats it Please Heating oil can you just text or email updates so your customers know when the delivery is planned You would get 5 stars from me if you did

Good price but rubbish communication

Good price and easy online process I wrote delivery instructions asking to be notified in advance of delivery as I needed to leave a gate unlocked for access That didn t happen so I received a call when away from home saying they were trying to deliver but couldn t get in They had to come back another day For several days I left the gate unlocked and eventually rang to ask when delivery would be They said it was delivered the day before No call and no invoice left So in summary oil price good communication rubbish

Good efficient service

All good but I asked for a notification that the delivery was imminent but didn t get one Had I had one the delivery would have been measurably quicker for the driver
