This is the first time I used this supplier and in the 20 days since I placed my order and they took my money I ve heard nothing from them We are now 2 days past the expected delivery date and no oil has arrived yet In future I will use Boilerjuice NRG or Fueltool who in my experience are more communicative and very often deliver ahead of schedule

Delivered later than the guaranteed delivery before date No communication about when the oil would be delivered I had to chase them to find out Then they missed the first delivery date a tanker broke down All I then got was we will book for when a tanker is next in your area No date timeframe 2 days later I again had to ring them out for delivery today was the response this time thankfully it arrived Very poor Comms from the company

I tried Heatingoil co uk recently for the first time for a couple of years as previously their deliveries either arrived late or on one occasion not at all This time it arrived within the 14 day window just and for which I gave them an extra star but their tracking still does not work orders from several years ago are still showing as processing they still do not send advance notifications for when the delivery will arrive unlike their competitors and they still do not answer emails or give out their phone number all of which lead to stress and worry about running out They have one task which is to deliver oil efficiently and within a 2-week slot which is not exactly rocket science yet they regularly seem to fail on several counts P s up and brewery spring to mind I ll maybe try them again in another couple of years to give them a chance and see if they have improved

I paid for express delivery and didn t get it

No order confirmation in fact no comms at all 2nd order both very late on delivery

I should have read the reviews beforehand and paid the extra with BoilerJuice Oil was due to be delivered on or before Friday 17th As I hadn t heard anything by the morning of the 17th I sent an email to customer services no phone number of course to check whether the oil would be delivered I need to leave my back gate unlocked so it s nice to know in advance Predictably after reading the reviews no reply and no delivery I suspect one of their team will reach out to me on this platform extolling their sincerest apologies and offering to look into the situation Don t bother put the effort into doing the job properly in the first place Won t be using these cowboys again Hopefully they ll go bust before too long and save other customers the suffering No regards Mr CEdit Still no reply from there customer services still no oil They reply to comments on this platform in an attempt to dupe others into believing that the company actually care about their customers

Might be one of the cheaper oil suppliers But their communication skills are seriously lacking Don t expect a speedy delivery either We ordered 900 litres of oil on the 6 1 25 yep they instantly took payment and we re still waiting on the 16 1 25 No estimated delivery dates and no communication

Ordered for the more urgent delivery within a week but it didn t arrive Contacted them and didn t get a response When you check the small print they say they don t guarantee dates which makes you wonder what you re paying extra for Eventually fuel turned up

Not yet delivered Deliverywas to be on or before 24 th jan As yet no delivery date indicated Wil not use again UPDATEDelivery then routed for 27th Rang to say would not be there most of the day please ring to amend They still tried to deliver Now told willl get my delivery next time they are in the area Seems a complete shambles

We were disappointed that despite ordering fuel 2 weeks in advance the delivery did not arrive on time There was no warning that this might be the case and when I contacted the company they could not tell me when the order would arrive The delivery did come 3 days later but again with no notification I asked about compensation and was offered a 10 credit note which I feel did not recognise the anxiety caused Poor service and inadequate communication
