Excellent company gorgeous hedging

Excellent company I placed my order for 10 meters of UK natural hedging I got a confirmation of my order quickly and was informed that the hedges would arrive 2 days later My husband told me off as he wanted them delivered for the following week I quickly emailed Hedging Plants Direct to ask if the order could possibly be delayed by a week to give my poor husband time to prepare the soil etc A lovely chap called Will responded to me straight away and said that it wouldn t be a problem Feeling paranoid I emailed Will again to confirm what the actual new delivery date would be Will very patiently and kindly responded to me and confirmed On the day of the delivery their Courier hadn t emailed me to say they d got my delivery nor what the time slot would be so I contacted Will again to get an idea of the time they d be delivered Will kindly and very efficiently looked into it and phoned me with an update He was very polite and helpful he said he d tracked it and it was on it s way but he ll continue to monitor it s progress We happily received the hedging later that day Maybe Hedging Plants Direct you could ask your Courier to actually communicate with your customers though themselves The hedges were very well packaged and absolutely gorgeous They were in a great condition only one hedge piece arrived dead but all the others were fine The mix of hedge types were marvellous We opted for the Hawthorne based option as Hawthorne is particularly loved by ladybirds I m very impressed with the excellent customer service where Will went over and above to assist me and delighted with the hedges In my opinion it was an exceptional experience from start to finish in ordering my bulk hedges Definitely would buy from again
