Absolutely excellent product

Absolutely excellent product and in as much as I can tell at the moment I ve used it three times with customers so far is completely free I now use it instead of my paid-for licence for Teamviewer which is now subscription-only and far too expensive I use Helpwire for ad-hoc remote suppoert of Windows PCs and it s really good very simple to use - send the other end a link which when they chick on it connects them strainght to me - no numbers and stuff the link is customised and unique to connect them to me It asks for their permission each time and if they give it I can see their screen and move click their mouse and type I haven t tried file transfer yet or admin access to the reote computer but I believe they are possible And that s it - simple easy and straightforward I guess It s not easy so write a remore access program that works in such an uncomplicated and apparently easy way so well done Helpwire I shall keep using it unless something happens e g it stops being free to stop me

I use Help Wire to assist my wife s elderly relatives with their computer issues They reside in FL and I was not able to assist them as much as they needed via telephone only Help Wire provides me the ability to assist them Hands ON virtually That is a welcome and phenomenal improvement Thank You Help Wire

I want to continue using my Win8

I want to continue using my Win8 computer programs I can do things very quickly on this things that are a real struggle on the newer Windows Os s But if my credit card company needs me to use a Win10 browser I can connect my Win8 to the Win10 computer and then access the credit card account I can also run software that only runs in Win10 by connecting from my Win8 conputer to the Win10 computer
